    It shouldn't have to come to that. It's shocking that this is allowed; it should be in the contract when you sign up to work for a public body like the FCC that you can't then work for any company whose business you were involved in for at least x years .

    It's already in effect! Apparently x = ~ .17

    No, they haven't. That's a relatively modern thing, which evolved long after AD 70 (when modern Talmudic Judiasim was effectively born). Country Jews in Jesus's time were nothing like modern Jews.

    This seems to be more of a problem with the way US thinks about sex, while we here in Europe can just have it casually and not make a big deal out of it.

    They would probably just send in the riot police like any civilized western country. Tanks have the rather awkward limitations that they can't just beat and arrest someone, they either run him over or they don't.
