    instead of making the bits perpendicular, why can't they just make them shorter and achieve the same thing? Consider the dash, which can represent a horizontal bit on a platter, - , one end is north, the other is south. What causes the lower limit for the length of the bit as it releates to the drive head reading its orientation?

    search google for "rich textarea". There is a neat DHTML/javascript replacement for the html .

    Our company's Media Officer used to give me the Media Releases in Word format, which I would diligently convert to html.

    To ease my pain, I added a form to the intranet with a "rich textarea" in which she copy/pastes from Word. Add a few RegEx's and nice clean code - handles tables nicely too.

    I'm not sure, but this version must mean everything to the developers.

    TFA doesn't make this clear. Can a download be neither legal or illegal? Perhaps, in the way they collected the data, they couldn't tell if these were breaking any copyright law. Probably, under the DCMA, these 25% are just terrorists anyway.

    yes, but at least my library card, bank card, credit card, drivers licence, etc will all be merged into one card.

    Think of the cows we can save by not requiring such bulky wallets.
