Now go do something usefull on your own. Contribute to an open source project if your too high up to flip burgers. Thats the best your gonna get unless you can modivate someone who is actually out of highschool.

Best bet is you get a job as a mail clerk, I dont know if temp agencies will touch you but part time is available with that stuff. At least with that you'll get a good idea of what work will be like.

Small as hell lets see how good the lighting is cause it may be a winner or a weiner. Its due out like next month so leave your LCD alone or sell it to make the difference in price. Trust me you'll be alot happier with something that will definatly work (if the reviews give a thumbs up), and wont sound like a deisel engine while trying to watch a movie.

Doesn't seem like the best solution. This would work if you started from a clean slate but spam pages are still out there and are being clicked on. Not much you can do about that, I just hope its not something silly like how much time you spend on a page. If I find a page that quickly answers my question or at least answers part of my question and I click back for other links i'd hate to think that that site would be marked as "spam".

This is the right direction. But I think they should drop the video card idea for now and move on to something that does not exist in the market today.
DVI capture to MPEG2, I assume nobody is making this because of lack of interest. Why build something that takes a compressed format, uncompressess it on the cable box, and recompress it on your PC. But for the ubergeeks this will be a big hit and be the exact market for this type of project.

Its going to be interesting to see the playerbase of Guild Wars. I'm wondering if they actually want to be bigger then world of warcraft. The complete lack of documenation on gameplay seems like its trying to filter out people who dont want to learn from playing. Which may end up just having abunch of people you can never team with because they dont know how to manage their spell list.
Guild Wars can't really compete with WoW, if you can afford WoW you can afford WoW *and* GW. Unless we really start to see expansions comming out alot. I dont know anything about what you gain in GW PvP, sounds almost like you level your RP gamer to improve your PvP for the sole purpose of gaining guild ranks.

But guild ranks look like they will rock. This is the game "Guild Wars" that actually has guilds fighting eachother. Where world of warcraft has no real warlike structure. Honor system is nice right now but if the guilds would earn certain rewards along with the individual players... I hope they are planning on that soon.

So the movie is more like fan fiction. People who loved the book, can't write anything like it for the life of them. So they figure they will make a movie. Dougy's assistance in the movie is that and nothing more, its not his movie its just his approval.

Doesn't mean someone someday will make Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy the movie. I mean really make it, but thats no reason to ignore this one. If this movie never existed then the movie never existed. This does not replace the book. I understand that now and I am ready to go to the movies.

    Exactly.

Cellphone providers have been dying to open up the software on cellphones so they can get out of the buisness of managing purchasing of dime a dozen software and games. I was recently talking the the head of Verizon, (he was out at a cellphone kiosk at the local mall getting input from subscribers and handing out popcorn). He said having these kind of options for phones is a great step for cell providers because customers can focus on the signal they are getting and dropped calls vs judging a company based on how many ringtones can be purchased.

The release data hasn't been pushed back that I know of so I dont know why the emphasis on REAL final beta. There has been any implied final beta before. With the pre-order you get a box with a soundtrack and your authentication key. You actually get something for the money you put down on the pre-order. I dont think they are going to chase you down if you pre-order and dont buy the game, but it would make sense to puy the pre-order just to try it out this weekend before you dump the whole $50 to buy it. Maybe its not what you think it is in gameplay. But this game will sell out the first week, you can't get a pre-order on the weekend that a beta even is going on. So if your going to do it start looking now.
