me too ... After "renting" the cable co.'s PVR my p3 600 (myth box) no longer has a use therefore I too am considering setting up a family web server.
After some preliminary research I have been considering such a solution including Coppermine Gallery and some BBS system. Got any recommendations and/or other solutions?

yup begining with dark forces straight through till outcast, lucas arts has put out great FPS games based on kyle kartan's adventures. All solid games, that get you as close to a "jedi" as ya can get.
SW Galaxies is also currently in beta and hopefully will fill the MMRPG starwars yearning!

self-entitled, lazy children of the middle class who think hard work is optional. every one of the lazy shitbags under 30 I've mistakenly hired over the last 6 years has been a half-witted fucktard who thinks he can waltz in here, take 2 hour lunches, play with nerf guns and drink beer at 3pm

sweet doode right on da money, employees, especially yours should work 110% of the time and hate your guts, that'a way to force productivity. Just cause you're a half-ass doesn't mean we all are. Your post made me think of .... "It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

-well if ya didn't have the need to feel superior and get your block off (your shoulder, as is so common in these fields) you would have hired someone more knowledgeable than you, they are not hard to find, yo can I paint your house?

It's pathetic that the best and brightest of this fair nation have nothing better to do than sit around watching cartoons. Like children.

ooohh yea doode, I must agree Ender's Game and the entire Ender series were spectacular. I highly recommend them to anyone. As far as novels are concerned, I am not a sci-fi fan, but these books present many great ideas that really can widen your eyes. Card is an amazing author with a great story to tell. So just remember beware the buggers ;) -best books ever? maybe, but a positivly good read, and who can ask for more?

...hahaha, that's funny stuff, dark ages of PC gaming? I have not owned a console since my NES, after my 286 I was hooked. If you prefer playing a console on your TV, either A: your nuts or B: you have a high resolution TV. I'd have to bet on A!
