People will believe that, not because they are stupid but because it is true. The HD-DVD drives will just be upgrades of regular drives, while Blu-ray require new technology.
I believe the bug report in bugs.kde.org actually have patch you can apply to achieve that. Otherwise expect it for KDE 4. Until then you can use the rich text copy-paste to move the selection including mark-up to another document and print that.
Unfortunately that was not what my SoC project was about. The problem the parent is probably experiencing is his printer driver choosing different fonts than those on screen.
Using CSS content on other elements than:before and:after is a CSS 3 draft extension and is not supposed to work in any browser before it becomes a candidate recommendation by w3
Unusual? The few leaked exit-polls were far outside the usual margin of error. What is worse is that the networks have kept the original exit polls secret. I guess at the next election there is a need for multiple independent exit polls, but that will probably be attempted stopped by security rules around polling places.
LEGO is not protected by patents, but by copyrights and trademarks for the design. They used to win most the court cases, but at least one competitor has now won the right to make compatible sets, as long as they don't use the name LEGO. In other words they can not _call_ themselves LEGO- compatible
And it has or at least had a huge technological head start. I remember evaluating various services 2 years ago, and found all of them of very low quality with echo and huge delays. That is until I tried Skype.
I've been told MS has finally caught up, but I think it's too late for the buzz. Skype has won on nerds recommending it from years of good experience and problems with all other services.
The problem is that Trolltech have been enjoying their open source for too long and now expects all customers to fix mission critical bugs themselves and send Trolltech the patches.
Any major software company would do that, and KDE does as well.
No it's a measure of how much crack they can smoke in parallel. Apparently NVidia is ahead.
DivX wasn't not a video-encoding back then. It was a play-once-only DVD format. It died and was parodied by the hacked MPEG4 "DivX ;)" video-format.
No all advanced "AJAX" applications detect browsers, and usually doesn't work on browser they do not explicitly support. Just look at GMail.
No. There is no way to "enhance" human pheromones, as they have yet to be identified. It is just marketing crap.
In fact deodorants in general will remove the sexually attractive scents by inhibiting sweat. The reason is that sweat usually also smells bad.
Its still entrapment. They would approach the cops asking for a deal, if the cops hadn't suggested being capable of delivering the goods.
They might not say "Do you want some drugs?", but they are pratically wearing signs saying it instead.
So its entrapment, but its tolerated because the politicians want legal entrapment.
I will refer to this article for the facts on retooling differences between HD DVD and Blu-ray http://arstechnica.com/articles/paedia/hardware/ne xt-gen-dvd.ars

What's fair about a jury of people who know clue about the subject at hand?
Anyway if they sued under danish courts there will be no jury, as juries are only used in criminal cases.

The the US election in 2004 was monitored by outsiders (OECD) which considered it _almost_ as fair as the last election they monitored in Venezuela.

They are blade servers. You keep your RAID-5 SCSI disks in a separate blade, with separate power supply.
It was. Although I think the 32bit data-bus was only added in 486DX
Actually LSD makes more sense for the XP style.

You can often optimize yourself out of that by using compiler options. (I am not going to use more than 4GB so just prepend 32bit of zeroes).
You mean make the plane radar visible to defeat anti-stealth technology?
That would just make it in even easier to spot.
Capitalism was a pretty good game, but I don't think it had a big following though.
Only if they also release their software. If you only use the software internally you can be both GPL and closed source.

He is talking about the CSS version. He is obviously not using Firefox or other Netscape browsers defaulting to Serif.
In case you've tested the CSS in a Serif default browser you will noticed a very tine Times New Roman fonts
Just use Konqueror...
Please.
