I seen overclocking for the first time through the live feed of Assembly TV. I think it was an XP processor or something but I am not into hardware enough to care. I had to ask why they were pouring Liquid Nitrogen into a cup as it was shown but quickly found out I was watching 'Liquid Nitrogen (DONT try this at home!!!) OverClocking'. Crazy Finns!
I think you are misdiagnosed. I sleep when I cannot stay awake any longer so I consider this insomnia. If I work I sleep normally but I am on a 6 day cycle ATM from too much energy. Undeterminable hours is my definition of insomnia although I havent bothered to look the scientific definition up until now so here it is;
insomnia
n : an inability to sleep; chronic sleeplessness [ant: {hypersomnia}] -- dict.org
insomnia Pronunciation Key (n-smn-) n.
Chronic inability to fall asleep or remain asleep for an adequate length of time. -- dictionary.com
...the reality is that after you lose your patent, it's useless to everyone else...
Interesting choice of words. I agree that certain Patents are useful and help innovate by allowing the creation of a monopoly when you put ideas into a perspective of business.
The ability for a business to sue a single developer for loss of profit because he may one day innovate the patented idea beyond the method the Patent owner has implemented is the reason I think the Patent System is unfair and anti-innovative.
I do not understand the benefits of the length of time Software Patents last. I do not understand why a single person could be responsible for showing a flaw in a patented method and/or a patented idea.
Why should an obvious idea to implement a useful method be granted with an extensive monopoly even when it does innovate?
You run Microsoft Windows and you are worried about privacy.
Mwahahahaha!
You should have had a firewall running for the last 3 years, you should be using Netscape Navigator (or Mozilla now), and most importantly you should assume you have no privacy at all when running Windows.
STFW! *sigh*

No, I run Debian SID and copy/pasting does not work very nice (if at all) between KDE and GNOME programs.
I am not a contract worker but I have worked around contractors for about 5 years. Successful contractors always collect good wages when they are working.
You will find this in any industry as contract workers insure their own work. By quoting far less than someone else you are not guaranteeing that you do good work.
Good luck for the next job and record/expand/hone your skills constantly *as well as keeping worthy business contacts unless youre anti-social like me*. =)
You dont need to swear, it is partially informative. The reason its partially informative is the bug with hotmail was fixed so signing up now doesnt allow spammers to find out your email address.
You used to be able to get a list of a lot of usernames via a bug in either messenger or hotmail (or both) and these lists are still known of course.
Its too bad that hotmail dont filter known spammers but theres probably legal issues behind mass-blocking the known spammers.:\
He's currently seeing 300k - 900k.

Hehe, I get that with cable.
My point remains. MS uses BSD code. ;P

More FUD on Slashdot.

The bible is a boring story.
Try to make a movie based on the bible and youd need some really good special effects to make it both interesting and believable.
StarWars on the other hand is interesting and isnt so hard to believe.

No.
Duh, you have to make coffee?
Its a lot easier to just fill a glass and you can do it without taking a break from coding or gaming.
This is a .us website but I would have to say Pepsi Blue as I have never heard of any of the other drinks.
:P
Why wasnt Jolt mentioned? I love the taste of Jolt American Creaming Soda and when Jolt loses its fizz and chill it still tastes great.
If I dont have a spare bottle of coke then I start to get worried.
How did they get my photograph?
So dont listen, let your subconscience absorb the information thats being presented, and think about your project.
Yes, I am 100% self-educated when it comes to computing.
