It was the same way when they released that genuine advantage bug, someone came up with a patch to fix it. The activation bullshit in windows XP/x64/2003 was the same way. I have half a dozen patches that fix that bug.
Even then there might not be no patch needed. Sometimes there is a hole in the bug that you can fly a B52 through. Like that safe disk bullshit a few years ago that everyone shit bricks over. Turned out a magic marker or just holding down the shift key fixed that bug. People paniced over DRM music. Well there was an easy fix for that. Just burn it off to CD then rip it to high quality mp3. Simple.

Thanks to spam email is almost useless now as a business tool. To have any sort of usefulness you have to install filters from hell and risk losing important email to them. The company that I work get 250,000 emails a day coming through the server. 75% of that is shit. 210,000 pieces of spam, and 40,000 messages that make it thought the filters. That is 1.5GB of fucking spam a day.
I've been saying this for almost 10 years not but laws allowing us to sue the fucking spammer are not going to do it. We need to be able to sue the fucker that is advertising with spam. On all spam there has to be a phone number, address, or website if they are going to do any business. We need to be able to sue the motherfucker that answers that phone. We put that fucker out of business and the spam will go away.
I have a button on my phone that dumps the caller to an endless loop recording of the twenty four most interesting sounds that ever come out of my ass. Well okay, there is a button on the tape player that I toss the phone next to. Come back a few hours later an they usually have gotten the message an headed off to greener pastures. Works great on telemarketers, charity collections, and legal personal looking for my ex Bitch. Great ice breaker at parties too.

To this day I don't know how many ebooks the 1GB card that fits in my palmpilot will hold but its between a fuck ton and a shit load. That plus as I've said before my palm pilot fits in my pocket better than a copy of mobydick.
Ebooks have one other major advanataged that I'm surprised that no one has mentioned here esp. when combined with a palmpilot or smaller reader. They are easy to hide. My T5 is easy to hide in my hand or just about any pocket. Its kind of hard to slink off to the john with a copy of war and peace tucked in your pants. Where with my palmpilot I can haul a whole library to the can with me.

Such as one a few weeks ago where a parent took a few pictures of her 4 year old little girl in the bath tub. They took the pictures to a one hour photo shop. The photo shop called the police and the mother was charged with production of kitty porn.

Get a copy of your credit report from the big three. I think they have to give you a copy for free now. The write a letter challenging everything on it. By law the credit agencies have to remove and verify everything you challenge. That takes time and money. After about three months do it again. Just keep copies of the same letters and remail them.
Don't let muslims fly. There problem solved. There are plenty of buses, trains, and boats going to places. If they must travel they can take one of those. There profiling problem solved.
Since an overwhelming majority of terrorist acts are caused by muslims keeping them out of the air makes perfect since. I read where one jewish airline is doing just this. The number of terrorist incidents are now at zero for them.
