You're mistaken. Teksavvy for example does NOT purchase wholesale internet access, they have their own routes and peering agreements. If that's the case, they shouldn't be affected by throttling AFAIK That is why this is so maddening. The throttling, as far as can be determined, happens on the GAS access, before it hits the first ISP(s) router. The data being shaped is not even considered internet traffic yet.

And you expect our current Canadian government to do what exactly? They are not known to be exactly independents in their approach to US policies.

    MMM. Who is FUDding here?

Yes, CO2 (and other gases) lag natural temperatures variations but the key point here is that temperatures will also react to a sudden influx / removal of same gas concentration. The current increase in gases is driving the temperature increase. As the temperature increase, so will additional concentration of those gases will be released until some other equilibrium is reached.

This type of shape must have a very low VNE. It seems to me that as soon as you exceed translation you lose all benefit from the Coanda effect as your airflow is no longer going over your curved surfaces. At that point normal wing aerodynamics start to be effective and it seems, to me at least, that those thing would tip over from the drag being induced on the surfaces leading edge.

Then again, I might be wrong, but is interesting speculations.
