I'm serious, it's not another joke about how this guy shouldn't be teaching the class.
What I'm really talking about is the lack of technology knowledge in our school systems... Our children are being taught and disciplined by people who don't have the slightest clue when it comes to technology. Example: Student downloads TightVNC, an open source remote viewing client, to access his home computer to retrieve a piece of homework. Student is subsequently suspended for 'hacking'.
The school's are not the only place this happens either, it's quite prevelant in the workplace too. How can someone direct a company that deals with technology when they themselves hardly know how to turn on their laptop...
But how long before the easily accessible records of the past become the easily alterable records of the past... I can just see people going, "Well it's NARA, it has to be true."
"People simply disappeared, always during the night. Your name was removed from the registers, every record of everything you had ever done was wiped out, your one-time existence was denied and then forgotten. You were abolished, annhilated: vaporized was the usual word."
Forget about all this commercial music garbage. I quit downloading warez when I moved to an open-source platform(Linux), let's get some Open-Music goin...
I already use Mozilla, and I'd love to see them toss out the suite thing, and create individual apps! Plus, anything that makes the engine quicker is good.
Perhaps I'm not the only one, maybe I'll post this to the kernel developers. I was just afraid of bothering them with some bug that was due to my idiocy.
I've tried compiling several different 2.5 versions, and yes they're very stable, when run in normal VGA mode... but I prefer the higher res FBdev mode. Unfortunately whenever I boot into a higher res, my screen either scrambles, or totally blacks out...
I love how Netscape, since they own the rights to the Mozilla code, uses it directly for their browser... except like a year after Mozilla implements it. They're like the older, slower brother.
I don't understand why this wasn't just a story about BitTorrent. BT is an awesome P2P network. Unlike most networks, it works perfectly most of the time. Don't use it to get Redhat tho, there are better things. =)

A successor to SMTP, that would require validation of senders and not just act as a spam hub.... o.. wait.. nevermind...
Sure wish ISPs would use it...
They didn't call it the "Medievil Warm Period" for no reason...

What the fuck did I just write??
Shit it's gonna parse the fuck....agh.. nevermind....
Soon, no one will be to play any of their copyrighted CD's.... The perfect way to stop infringment, and consumerism.
GG Microsoft... totally ignore your own EULA's and other such documents!!
We definately need to take out the RIAA assholes. They rival Saddam with their dictatorship.

you could just buy a clock that receives the atomic radio signal....

Error: Missing ';' near identifier 'qubit0'
(Could be you left out a semicolon, could be background cosmic radiation messing with your qubits)
hehe... Microsoft'll love this...

I might as well just ignore all news stories until tomorrow... =P

True patriots would never stand for this pathetic excuse for a law.

Well, we can do the standard media benchmark and relate every component to the size of a human hair...
That would be quite interesting. I'd have to say gaming would rock, but I sure hope all the Joe Windows users know how to use Windows Update...
Ok, I get it. I assume that's not how large manufacturers do it though.
I apologize, I confused Iraqi's with Palestinians. Btw, I don't quite see how that was racist, but ok...
