She refuses to hold them accountable for what they've already done, and she is more than willing to give them democratic support for any remaining plans.
When "No child left behind" means lowering the bottom line of standards, you're not going to see anything different.
Some people just aren't up to what we, as a society, would like to consider the lowest common denominator. So if you can't leave them where they are, you drop the lowest common denominator.
I got sucked into watching the last American Gladiators cause a dude from a town I lived in was on it.
Luckily I've got no further obligations to it.
Strictly Ninja Warrior for me now:)
Fear not, none of that is in ram any longer.
The Bosstones guy doesn't understand what he's talking about. Once you power down, the data is gone.
There is no way to recover the data.
I have this problem on Vista and it's not so much that it's unusual... it's more mind boggling.
I confuses me deeply... I hadn't thought to associate it with content protection. Now it's simply aggravating.
Copying a few files, no matter what the size, pops up a "Calculating transfer time" window... I'm talking files where the total sum is 10MB even. It's unnecessary.
The transfer itself will often go faster then the calculation. Apparently the calculation is doing more than just figuring out file transfer size.
The difference here is that google isn't taking locked up personal items.
It's taking publicly available information that anybody can access.
Also there is no clear analogy between physical goods and intellectual property.
We need to have the EU sue apple and linux producers too for destroying the anti-spyware market in their areas too!
We have to make sure that every OS is insecure so that other companies can profit!
--- End Sarcasm ---
Look, I'm no fan of Microsoft, (I figure I'll be wholly on linux by the time Vista comes out) but you can't force the company to make an (more?) insecure operating system so that security companies can make their dime.
The other downside to illegal services is misnamed files and bad copies.
If a service offered non-DRM files and a good music base at a decent price, it would be king.
Obviously, the best way would be space traveling sharks with laser beams mounted to their heads.
NVM... i'm a moran.

How could that be off topic for a discussion about jamming?
Who are you kidding?
Pelosi loves the Bush administration.

Agreed, this whole article is a waste of bandwidth.
Don't run WoW as administrator.
On Vista I have to run the updates as admin, but WoW itself works without.
I think that "Eurogamer" being the first word in the summary should have been a hint right there.

Ahh I see. I was under the impression that google cached the images as well.

How can you see who's going to a google cache in your weblog?

This reminds me of the content of Orkut and why I stopped using it ages ago.
The front is one of the top in this genre.
I've seen him live a few times, he puts on a good show with a band and all.
Does the Earth run linux?
"how come" is how he describes it, it wasn't an invention of the /. folks.
If you have an issue with how he pronounces his name, you can take it up with him:
http://people.opera.com/howcome/
or
howcome@opera.com

I solved that question in a paper for a philosophy class years ago...
