    The temperature of the McDonald's coffee was already below industry recommended levels. The levels that the lawyers, and what you are mistakenly calling industry levels, came up with was from them going to near by stores that sold less amounts of coffee and measuring them. The plaintiffs lawyers then claimed that was the normal temperature.
    The temperature of the McDonald's coffee was from 82 to 88 C at the max according to plaintiffs lawyers, so by the time served less. The recommendations from manufacturers, coffee drinking clubs, and grinders they recommend in the 90 to 96 C range.,

    Looking at switching to a small tablet since I make so few calls and use VoIP as my phone. Problem with using phones as tablet is if you want cell data only plan they will not sell it if they detect you have a phone. With the newer set up to prevent theft that data is given to the provider.

    Been reading some of kook sites, like huffington post?
    The actual number are that the top 1% owned just under 50% of the world's wealth back in May, with the recent stock crashes that is even lower. So the forecast of owning over 50% in 2016 may still happen but it may be 2017. The rest of the your numbers and reasoning is also as false.
    So lets look at what it takes to be a top 1%, if you are living in the USA, at least 25 years old, have a degree higher than high school and making the median income(for those factors) or high you are in the 1%.
    It does not take much to make it in the top 10%, if you just under $100,000 USD in assets, house, car, retirement, you are in the top 8%. Or just an average citizen in a developed country.

    When a big Bank breaks the law, they are fined a tiny percentage of the money they made breaking the law. If a Bank makes $500 million illegally, their fine comes out to something like $20 million.

    In some larger cities it is illegal, the reason being if you don't have power, water, etc it is considered unfit for humans. Unfortunately you read kook sites and don't get the truth, the person did not want to try to change the law they just wanted to do it and pocket some money from selling the idea to others.
    Provided you don't want to live in a larger city than there are generally no restrictions, just move out the city limits and most places are almost unrestricted and you can do almost anything. The worst restrictions you are going to get are country restrictions dealing with the removal of human waste and the soil composition of your leach field

    I carry around my old Excalibur Casino membership card and never had a problem with one of those slots not working with that.
    Before that was using an old ID that did not have a mag strip and did run into few rare places that could not work with that.

    Most of those people doing that editing and answering are doing so while at work. You can see that by looking at the decrease in answers, editing or comments that happen on holidays and weekends.

    The problem is you are still going to need technicians to repair the vending machines or cleaning the nozzles of the soup dispensers.

    There is no defined definition of what SPAM is for EU countries, it varies on the country.

    Vicky Ford, a MEP and part of Parliamentâ(TM)s ECR Group negotiating team has twittered about it and said various new releases that say ISP SPAM and content filtering is allowed are based on old versions.
    If you go read the latest EC press release it mentions right in there that member states can set their own filtering, which is an exception to the non-filtering rule.
    So maybe a MEP and the EC sites are both wrong in which case please give a site which has correct info.

    No they cannot offer content filtering or SPAM blocking, those are not allowed under the exemptions. they were discussed and then because of socialist lobbyists they were removed.
    The only exception is if the nation requires them

    Not that good of a location, hard to see and easy to be covered.
    A better place would be the forehead, would probably be those that are really going with the whole thing. Another good location the top of the hand which is most commonly used by the majority of the population. That way as you reach for stuff you can be verified. Does cause problems for those that don't use that hand so the forehead for them.

    That is a labeling issue, they still have to list it in the ingredients and regulations for those are different.
    This ban is a total ban, so unless you can find a natural source, milk is one, then it is not allowed.

    I did get called once and they contracted out with my current employer for a week of training.
    Went back did a look and check of the system and then asked for where they put all the documentation and notes I had left. They spend a few days digging those up and then we went through them showing them the steps to follow to correct what they wanted done.

    No, the schools that are free are compatible to community colleges in the USA so in that realm of classes you can take what they offer. Even then it is not free, Germany charges you around $2000 a year for the "free" colleges.

    Even if not a German citizen you can make use of this, there is around a 400 euro fee for school and transportation costs, depends on school.
    Now for the reality of it, from what people who have gone to USA schools and German schools they compare the German ones to community colleges in the USA.
    So look at your local community college and find out how much that actually costs, some states are free for a few years or will give grants to almost any one going to a community college.
