    I disagree. there is no agreement between me and the content provider that I watch ads. the agreement is between the content provider and the ad provider. if I choose to block ads that is my choice, just like on TV. I have the right to consume less at the same price.

    by mentioning the date, or mentioning something about information being subject to change over time. normal encyclopedias have the same problem, it's just that there are less changes. the versions come slower.

    you don't have to. in the city I live, there's a heerestraat, a heereweg, a heereplein, a verlengde heereweg. (all street names, meaning approximately: lord's street, lord's road, lord's plaza, lengthened lord's road). no company I know of buy property on heerestraat 2, heereplein 2, etc.

    the web is no different: you only need 1 adress, the rest is pure choice. your choice.

    I call bullshit. you're not allowed to kill someone with a hammer, but that doesn't make you less free. in fact, it makes you MORE free because it disallows others to kill you with a hammer.

    we need speed limits, because drivers will not adjust to slower roadusers voluntarily. most drivers think 50 km/h is slow. it's not. run as fast as you can into a brick wall, headfirst. that was well below 50 km/h, and very painful (possibly lethal).

    yes, both accounts should be free of censorship. which does not mean you can just surf to any old page you want on company or school time without punishment.

    allow the user to choose himself, give him the power to filter. the difference is that the person affected can influence what is filtered, with censorship you cannot do this.
