speed cams have radar that detects speed, and when it shows someone going to fast, only then does the camera take a picture. no big brother there then. you can simply opt out by not driving too fast.
speed traps have exactly zero to do with cameras in cities. cameras capture EVERYONE, speed cameras only catch offenders (and the occasional false positive, which is easily taken care of through appeals)
just don't speed. it's not that hard. speeding causes an unnecessary amount of exhaust fumes, which costs lives. just don't, there is no excuse to speed.
I vastly prefer the person coming to me. I can pay no attention to them and mumble something about being busy, and come back in an hour. this does not work with a phone: you HAVE to pick it up, or it'll keep ringing. Phones bust in without looking, a person coming to see you can see that you're busy.
>In theory, having cookies to track where you go and what you do is a good thing. It allows marketers to target ads at you for stuff you are actually interested in.
what's the good thing about that? there are NO ads i'm interested in. if I'm interested, I will ask. otherwise, keep your annoying shit out of my face. non-permission based marketing is evil.
unnecessary exhaust fumes, damage to the environment.. lots of reasons. basically, if you drive too fast, you're a rude, anti-social bastard and you deserve the small fine.
and not even for everyone. in many countries, downloading music and movies is 100% legal, so it's not piracy or infringement. it's downloading, and there's nothing wrong with it.
I started seeing too many google ads. the sheer volume forces me to protect myself from them. since 2 weeks, adsense is blocked too. as soon as advertising gets annoying, it gets blocked.
Spamblocks are not the problem, they are an attempted solution that is not perfect. the real problem is spam itself. spam has made email from a reliable medium into a marketing tool, used to force advertising on us at our own expense.
alternatively, you may direct them here, immediately proving your superiority and knowledge of the internet.

I want a product that does X and Y: The employee will write it. the free coder will write it if he wants to. sure, he'll write open source, but he'll probably develop something else instead of just another boring business administration program.
already pay. they deliver content, and this enriches the site. extra information, more insights, peer review. let's face it: both the site and the poster profit from it.
ofcourse, no self-respecting scientist would use paper. the preferred solution is a live budgerigar. more absorbant than paper, selfcleaning and 100% organic.
all the mentioned methods of obtaining music are fully legal in the Netherlands.
unfortunately, you are not allowed to share your music over the net. you are allowed to lend a CD(original or not) to a friend, who is allowed to copy it.
I will just continue downloading music, since this is legal in the Netherlands. there is no such thing as illegally downloaded music. the same goes for movies.
although sharing your lollipop with the dog can be bad for kid and dog (no, I don't know if either actrually is bad) I'm pretty sure the distributor of the lollipop, i.e. the lollipop-shop will not complain about theft by either the dog or the kid.
sounds like the deer are doing just fine, and so their job is done just fine.

>Going one consistant speed for as long as possible yields the best benifit in fuel consumotion and the least amount of fume production.
aboslutely right. cruise control is good. just set it on the top speed, and not only will you get better fuel consumtion, you will get less fines.

so we should outlaw cars, because most cars are used for speeding (a far worse offense than copying a movie..)
no, he hates israel. it's very different.
yeah, as far as I know an aspie can learn social interaction. then again, I was diagnosed less than 2 months ago.. so what do I know...

ofcourse, if the murderer has copied his essay straight from the internet, he will be immediately executed.
