    Too true, It can also be argued that playing online games such as counterstrike is not only fun but can also be social. Eventualy you start to learn the names of the people who frequent the servers you do and they learn yours.

    The Brits have no power over Australian laws realy, aside from the Governer General being about to deny laws being passed and the ability for said General to fire the Prime Minister. As an aside the Prime Minister can fire the GG too... I suppose its whoever gets in first with the "Your fired".

    With that said I'm reasonably sure the Queen could seize any property she wanted in Australia if she pleased, and I'm reasonably sure she could come up with some wacky new laws too.

    Home game consoles have never really be backward compatible. PS2 is the first real back-ward compatible that I know of (though someone will end up telling me differently).


    The Commodore 128 was almost entirely backward compatable with the Commodore 64 whose disk drives were backwards compatable with the Vic 20

    For all the smack that gets talked about Americans, we're actually surprisingly diverse and worldly. Name me a country in the world that has a population as diverse as ours. Show me another place that has such a wide variety of culture. Honestly, if it can be pointed out that somewhere else in the world there is a place where more cultures co-exist than the United States, I will jump on that bandwagon right away. But, I don't think that place exists.

    Its a shame that Evan Rachel Wood wasnt nominated for her role in Thirteen. Her acting was truely superb as was the movie. I highly recommend it to everyone, especialy those of us with teenage (or soon to be teenage) daughters. It could be educational for both you and your daughter.

    In Windows XP:
    Right click on my computer and select properties
    Click Hardware
    Click Device Manager
    Select your PS2 Mouse
    Right click and select properties
    Click the Advanced Settings tab to allow you to change your refresh rate and other misc settings.

    PS2 is the gamers choice.

    One sure fire way to get a free education is to ship off to Australia, aside from the cost of actualy immigrating there a University education is basicaly free. The government will give you a HECS debt which is essentialy a loan that you pay off when you pay taxes. So stick around for your education and ship back off to America once your done, you never pay taxes to Australia and consequently you have just got a free education. Hazaa

    Actualy if you want to use a carp in a worthwile exercise follow these simple steps:
    1. Catch Carp
    2. Puncture hole through carps top fin
    3. Thread fishing line though said hole and tie off
    4. Attach other end of line to an empty softdrink bottle of your choice.
    5. Release Carp

    Then a day or so later later you'll be wondering what the hell that bottle is doing floating around everywhere. Then you will remember, have a good laugh and shoot it till it sinks.

    Perhaps the Music industry should be given a crap music tax, whereby the industry must give a portion of its income the the public for the music that is played in public, regardless of whether its crap or not.

    Also did you know that most sex offender victims have a better chance to become an offender when they grow up??? Isn't that fucked up! You were a victim to someone, and now society is making you another victim. It is no excuse, but it is not abnormal for offenders to have been abused as a child.
    So perhaps the victims should be listed as well? After all they pose the greatest future risk.

    I like it how they have only want one of each game... I hope they ask for some DVD-R's and Modchips to brighten those kids lives on a budget. Besides, no one is going to take sick kids games away :D

    What realy annoys me is that the first two versions of each LOTR I got were screener rips, now they tell me I'm going to have to deal with a shitty VHS rip! Wont someone please think of the children!
