The Matrix revolutions effects were just annoying. They had too much of everything in a bad way. LOTR had loads and loads of soldiers, but everything still looked realistic. In Matrix it was just a mess.
I don't think the battle scenes were the highlight of the LOTR movies. Badly done battle scenes would have made the whole thing look bad, but *less* battle scenes wouldn't, in my opinion.
So could Slashdot do. Hehe, it's actually kind of funny! The webmaster's choises would be:
1) Allow Slashdot to cache the site
2) Get the site slashdotted back to the stoneage
Nothing wrong with some maffia methods every now and then!
If Google can cache pages and put them online, so should Slashdot. People say copyright issues would be a problem, but in that case, why is Google's online cache any better?
It flows the air which the convection is done how, don't you think? is.
Upgrading graphic card and CPU, the fan being attached, the person is good, however it is probably will be, therefore as for my normal itself, if no oak it is not, don't you think?. Therefore it turns with the free convection and like the light basket just it is flowing, if even the polar barely the air flows, don't you think? it probably is OK what with that.
There are several older (50+) women at my work who keep printing their e-mail before reading it. All this waste of dead trees, toner and time really pisses me off!
A base on the moon would be really useful for scientists (and really cool!). To me the biggest problem is to produce/renew water and air. I'm sure there are solutions for this, and the rest shouldn't be that much harder than building a space station in...space.
One might wonder if a new e-mail standard could be designed. One that by design would eliminate the spam problem. I don't know much about this, it's just a thought.
And does it really matter that this phone will run Linux? That alone is not a reason to buy it, at least not for me. Phones with PalmOS are great since there's a lot of software developed for that platform. I guess the phone wouldn't run any linux program right out of the box. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I didn't say travelling by plane was better than by train. I said that an airplane can go faster than 1000 kph. My point is that it would seem better to launch a "spaceplane" from another plane than from a train.
Exactly. The average Joe will not buy a new TV, but a converter. In Sweden (where the deadline is 1/2 2008) the government will subsidize the converters to make them more affoardable.
That's fine, and I wish the same to you!

OK, OK, sorry. English is not my native language.

Google isn't asking for permission. Again, Slashdot could obey to the rules in robots.txt.
Perhaps it can be a crisis in the not so sunny of the "less fortunate" countries in the world.

Yes it should. This is a feature, not a bug.
Actually, the compressors produce heat on the outside of the system.
The guy has put some thought into this:

Damn, you were faster than me! I had the URL copied and everything. Next time I'm gonna beat you.

Nope, the domain hpporn.com is still available for registration. Hurry! Hurry!
Other countries have had number portability for quite some time you insensitive clod!
Can't you see the irony?? Now you are a generalized critic with a profound insight!
And now I'm one too!

Yes, that sounds possible.

Regular airplanes can already go faster than that, I don't see the big advantage of launching them off a train.

They work fine on both Windows and Mac. It evan sais so on the outside of the box, "for Mac and Windows".
Three clicks, that's so 90's, nowadays we use 1-click.
