    I do know that Windoze checks parent directories upon traversal. It's a PITA on the W32 systems I have to admin.

    Doing an Apache directory alias wouldn't work?

    I'm NO Microsoft advocate, but I have this working fine with W2k and XP systems DAVing to a Debian system running Apache. Perhaps I can help?

    No shit. But the President ultimately signs or vetoes the Bill prior to it becoming law. That puts a lot of pressure on Congress to negotiate the outcome into something the President will sign.

    Since it's the President, not the Congress, that provides the budget and since Clinton repeatedly had to water down Republican tax "cuts" to ensure the projected surplus, Clinton deserves the credit.

    Read up before you comment on issues you clearly know nothing about.

    I had an entire office running on it (installed prior to me coming there). It never worked reliabl, and not at all in terms of being a Domain member.

    I couldn't get them onto W2K fast enough. Once that was done, all problems (except the self-inflicted "must have porn email from friends") were solved.

    Learn to read.

    Up to 17,000 insurgents; of that number roughly 500 are foreigners (non-Iraqis). The other numbers in the article were merely a breakdown on the supposed motivations of the insurgents.

    My statement still stands.

    And you should learn to read (or how to do a better job of dissembling).

    So.. of 13000 to 17000 insurgents they've identified, some 500 are foreigners.

    Let's see.. 500/17000 = .029 or 3% and 500/13000 = .038 or 4%.

    Only ~2% of the insurgents are found to be foreigners. And the majority of the insurgents are minority-group Sunnis who are trying to maintain a power presence in a government now dominated by the majority-group Shi'ites.
