    The 6502 processor is one of the most challanging to program. You have limited memory, limit cyles before you screen sync falls apart. I person am programming demos for the Atari 2600 and that use a 6507. Which is just a cost-reduced 18 pin version, same instruction set. The limitation on the processor lend you to write faster and more optimized code.

    The funny thing is that I still use QBasic to work out problems really fast. Then convert it to a real language (C++, Java, ect..)

    Most people don't know but bandwidth is limited by a firmware software update sent to your modem via the isp. A friend of mine is working on this problem to borrow more band from the isp. Also something that isn't known you can buy a cable modem and hook it up and get cable service for free. This worked on Comcast systems after the swtich from the @home service.

    I live and work in the area so this is very much how Delware is. States are turning into communist birth places. Starting in Oct you can only smoke in your house or car in delware. You can get fined for smoking in your front yard. I dont smoke but this is another just another thing. Were are the people that used to protect our rights?

    How does M$ expect people to you there computer without a internet connection? There need to be away to keep M$ from sending information from your machine to them. Linux is great but for my work machine I run AutoCAD and there is no Linux port of that.. so Im stuck in Windows ville. It seems to me that M$ is breaking the law with there keeping records of everything I do, read, play, download online.

    To use VBA and send information between applications is the main reason it is setup this way. Want to write a program that populates a database with data generated by say Autocad.. Anyone who knows anything about programming windows already know this.

    Unless they are going to make us turn in all our video cameras, componet cd recorders, tape records ect.. No matter what kind of encryption they use.. sound still has to come out of those speakers and pictures are still displayed by your monitor. If I really wanted to recorded a song of the net(streamed or what not) I'll just run the audio out into my componet cd-r. Put what you want in the silicon nothing will stop.
