I actually switched from Winamp 2.x to Foobar. Never thought I would. I think the best feature of Foobar is its ID3 Tag Renamer. Worth a look..I still use Winamp 2.x at work, but Foobar at home:)
Seems like most of the reactions here so far are, it is OK, because it is Google. The geeks choice for a search engine.
I like Google, I use Google, and I have no problem with what they are doing, but I just wonder what the reaction would be if it were Microsoft that was doing this (they probably are anyway).
What a bunch of losers. Kind of a sad commentary on society, when so many people have to cheat just to win a fricking game.
I, personally, would pay extra to play on a server that was closely monitored by Blizzard that could catch cheaters and ban them. Maybe keep these servers at a low population or something.
...and even I think this is a crock of sh*t....jesus...somebody needs to squash this company like a bug...where is Microsoft when you really need them!!
If you can control the browser to be IE5+ and don't mind using a plugin, you could.....
write a.NET control using the System.Drawing namespace. Very easy to use.
I have done something similar where I generate.png files on the fly based on user input and a resulting DataSet.
p.s. I will preceed to duck now, trying to avoid the flying tomatoes.
Let me revise that list.

Asking if ".NET can scale" on slashdot is like asking a vegetarian if a Porterhouse is a good cut of meat. Bada boom!
...just possible that somebody could install Linux without all the proper security safeguards and have their machine opened up to this type of attack?
