Exactly - lightning already has 10,000V times how ever many inches it's crossing (that's a lot of volts). But the point is, once it hits your WiFi device, it's gonna go for the path(s) of least resistance, not over the air again.
Why not? Just compress it with RAR, 9.9MB per file. With 1GB of space, you can easily store an entire ISO. I'll be curious to see how Google defeats this...if I had a beta account, I'd figure out now if it was possible.
How is this insightful? Do you really honestly believe that your code would be faster if you wrote a giant main() function rather than a few dozen classes? If so, you're incredibly ignorant about how compilers actually work.
i would say we are a little ways off from making true AI
You're joking, right? We've barely begun to understand the human mind, and you think we can create true intelligence with a computer program? I don't deny that it will eventually happen, but it's certainly not going to be soon.
To paraphrase a smarter man than I, the AI field is still lacking its Einstein.
Good advice, but it doesn't always work because stupid morons don't signal. Just walking around my university, I feel like carrying a bag of rocks to throw at cars who swerve at the last moment and just barely miss me while I'm crossing the street.
I totally agree. I think for most of us, Gentoo is easier to install than Debian, even though it doesn't even have an installer. I've built a few LFS systems, and I still found Debian's installer incredibly frustrating. I think dselect in particular is specifically designed to be as user-unfriendly as possible.
It amuses me to no end to see people like you who are so ignorant about the political situation outside the US. Yes, in most other first-world nations, health care is a basic right. Sorry.
Not if it's short-range like Bluetooth. Or better yet, encrypted.

Well you could technically, but the resistance is enormous. IIRC, it requires about 10,000 Volts per inch of air.
Is it? Could you please clarify for those of us who don't know a damn thing about Japanese? :)
I know English, German, and just enough Dutch, Italian, and French to get around, but Asian languages scare me.
Same here :)
The Dieter I know isn't large and hairy, but he does smell bad.
Yeah, but that's still in beta too. Hogs resources and runs like crap.
Well, we already have Kookle.

Use eMule/aMule. Download entire albums. Problem solved.
Not really. Whenever you don't have something else to do, check the monitor. If someone needs a refill, go do it. No need for constant monitoring.
So you'll continue paying more money for gas rather than making an investment so you don't have to pay so much later? How very...American.
I've had absolutely no trouble playing Region 2/PAL DVDs on my American TV. Perhaps some televisions cannot display PAL properly...

Yes. Supporting spam = bad. I don't care who you are.

I've seen your sig a few times, and I keep wondering...what exactly do you think P2Pstudio.net implies? What kind of studio?
Shhhhhh! If everyone does it, you'll ruin my evil plan.

Arrrgh. The I2 isn't meant to replace the Internet. It's just another backbone. That's all.
No, MP3Pro is MP3Pro. Look it up. CoolEdit/Adobe Audition uses it as its default MP3 encoder.
You're probably referring to the Physics exam two years ago, which I took. I got a 78 on it. I got a 5 (the highest possible score) on the AP exam.

Why don't you just use Java?
