Of course it won't play on Ipods. Apple has made it clear they don't want Ipods to support any other formats. They proved this when they threatened Real who tried to provide Ipods users with a CHOICE of music provider. DRM is getting pushed by not only copyright owners but the distributers/hardware manufactors who can lock customers into their platform. DRM of any kind is joke and will be used to as a business method to hold on to a monolopy.

Support non DRM music providers like Emusic which allow users the freedom to choose which hardware their music plays on.

Its so easy to get around the "revoked license" part of the GPL. Just download a new copy of GPL project, and it has a new license agreement(new contract). Agree to terms(in your head) and now your covered under the law by a new agreement/license. If the author adds text to agreement that says "so and so entity cannot license project", go find an older version of it that has the former agreement. GPL is so flawed and adds restrictions, use BSD license which grants more freedoms. MYSQL AB is my proof.

Sure looks looks like EULA to me. I bet you may even find the same sentences if you diff it to the other EULAs. I'd post the sections that say we aren't liable for whatever but they are all in caps and i can't get around with the slashdot's filter. And eula can add rights, I could write an eula that say, "this object is free with out any restrictions(like the bsd license)". GPL doesn't add rights, instead of payment in cash, you pay in bandwidth and other work that may get infected with the GPL disease(viral and all). BSD License and similiar adds rights with one restriction, i can't touch the license agreement text.

And here's killer to your arguement for adding rights, MySQL AB. If i need to explain it, you obviously have no clue.

You're joking right? Most powerful/useful feature in excel are pivot tables, anyone who knows excel knows pivot tables. OOCalc doesn't have a decent matching feature for pivot tables(DataPilot is a joke). So claiming you know how to use excel because you know to use oocalc, would be like claiming you know how to use vi because you use pico. Good try though.
