Requirement for devs who play eve is that if their identity is compromised, they lose the account. The hacker/jackass found couple posts that had an Ip originating from CCP HQ and petitioned player. The dev lost a character that he had worked on for 3 years.
Where in the post stuff posted on the hacker's forum did it say that the dev rigged the t2 lottery. Oh noes he has 8 t2 blueprints. 6 of them are ammo which are 1 billion to 4 billion. For people who don't play eve, a 6 months old mining alt can mine 1 billion isk in a weekend. There's one guy who's calls his himself the king of tech 2 bpos, he has 10+ ship bpos, 20+ module bpos. I guess he hacks.
Btw, all the devs play eve. I wonder how many are in LV, D2 or ISS. There were a couple in ascn. EveTv they talked about it, its no secret that the devs play eve.
If you think verizon sucks, go try out cingular/att. Verizon has the best coverage of any carrier and better customer support than Att(good luck talking to a real person).
Congress won't repealit because it will be used against the congressmen in upcoming elections. They portrayed as weak on terror. Only thing we can hope for is that is that congress doesn't fund the program which kills it. Or even better, its goes to court and found unconstitutional.

Arcing a 5" projectile, you going to lose most of the kinetic energy. I can't see how arcing a 5" projectile can compare to 1000lb warhead on a tomahawk missile.
So how would a railgun replace a cruise missile? A cruise missile can go hundreds of miles, a railgun is line of fire/sight. It fires a small projectile so can't exactly arc it to the destination.

I tried to buy wii, and they told me good luck even though they get a shipment in every week. Scalpers camp the retailers and ebay the wiis for double the price. You can get a ps3 at cost on ebay.
That stat is deceptive, its fatalites where alcohol was involved. It includes accidents were driver wasn't legally intoxicated(under 0.08) and fatalities were the drunk driver killed themselves. I don't condone drunk driving and think 1 death is too many when it comes to drunk driving, i just like honesty in statistics.
And what good games does Wii have? Zelda? Anything else? I do agree that wii probably sold the most controllers. But for games, there's only one decent game.
I am personally looking forward to a tennis game that actually cares how you hold the remote, since the technology is there.

Upgrade your software. Old software does stupid stuff which causes prompts, thats not vistas fault.

Using hardware protection(Soldered prom) so you can't patch the tivoapp application. Nothing like a little hardware drm to say hacker friendly.
