Umm.. If i get a broken product, i expect a brand new product replacement. Imagine if sony shipped out refurbed batteries because of their manufactoring mistake. People would a throw a fit. If nintendo really does have a manufactoring problem to extent that you could recieve a broken replacement product. They should really halt their production and fix the issue. Not that i'm saying they do, most companies have a 1% to 3% defected product ratio and i bet nintendo falls in between those numbers.
Uh... I installed second life a couple days. Open up the map to find people, the first place i go was so animal fetish "club". Everyones toon looked like an animal and the walls were filled with what looked like college mascot porn. Got the hell out of there, next place i found people was a strip a club which had dance prices posted on wall. I haven't figured out what there is to do in SL besides sex. Is there like games or something? Or is just pimp your toon?
Remember its good review about a nintendo products, its am honent opinion. But if microsoft or sony release a product that gets good reviews, they obviously payed off the reviewers. Carry on.
Not standing up isn't physically resisting. Thats like saying a comatose paitent was resisting arrest because it refused they refused to standup. Tasers should be used for somone actually physically resisting which results in threat, if i let my body go limp, i'm not resisting. Resisting actually requires you to actively do something, like trying to prevent the officer from hand cuffing you. A limp body allows the cop to safely handcuff you. Its all comes down to threat. Some going limp isn't a threat and taser should not have applied. So the cops have to work extra and carry the guy. Oh noes.

But you forget history, Microsoft sold 900k 360s from nov to dec. Yet the prices on ebay didn't drop till march. Some how i think i'll able find a wii in the store by christmas and nintendo has 1 million allocated to north america for the holiday season, only 10% supply difference.
Supply and demand. No one wants a wii. I'd only buy a wii for base price and only to play zelda, the other games suck from reading the reviews, only other worth getting is madden. Of course ps3 doesn't have a good launch lineup either and looking at the reviews, worse than the wii's lineup. I guess i'll buy a 360 which actually has decent games to play(gears of wars is getting great reviews), wait till next year to decide whether or not to buy a wii or a ps3 depending what games they come out with.
Eclipse sucks. Other than its great CVS supports, its bloated, slow and ugly. Theres much better java IDEs out there like intellij. And if your saying vs.net is light years behind in eclipse, you really don't know what your talking about but hey you think eclipse is the best java ide out there.

Its similiar to how beavis and butthead was a comedy about the stupidy of american youth of the 90s, ironically they were the ones who watched it, I really wonder how many of them caught on to that fact.
There's lot of other fast growing fish besides salmon. Mahi mahi, skip jack tuna, anchovies/sardines/any of the other baitfish. There's good webpage i found about eco friendly ocean food, wish i could find it.
Farming fish is great for short life fish like salmon But these fish aren't really threatened by overharvest but enviromental problems, atlantic salmons habitat is pollute to hell. Farming however doesn't work for slow growing fish like chilean whiteseabass, black seabass. Fish that take 10+ years before they reach sexual maturity meanwhile fish like a mahi mahi is full grown after 3 years.
Dell is selling 20" monitors with dvi inputs for $250. I'd expect that price to drop 30% by next year. I figure in two years it will be cheaper to produce lcds 27" than a standard tube tv.
Sony is probably lieing. They won't be able to reach 6 million by march. They inflate their numbers in an attempt discourage people from buying competitors. They are betting people see the 6 million number by march and say, if i wait 4 more months i can get one, then keep stringing them along till they able to produce more ps3s then the market demand.
