  1. The Umemployed StoneNT diet. on Slashback: Bugfixed, Attribution, Atkins · · Score: 1

    This worked for me.

Go to bed at about 4:00am after talking to your friend in China. Wake up at noonish. Make a quad espresso with about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of whole milk and 2 packets of sweet n low. And you won't be hungry. Then right before / after / or during dinner have another. I dropped weight like a Tiajuana Crack Whore. This diet also includes snacks of Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Mountain Dew. The massive caffeine intake keeps your metabolism in overdrive. I would eat and be starving at about 2 in the morning but just went to sleep.

If you are happy with the price that you are paying and the service/bandwidth that you are getting then stay where you are. If you are unhappy then go shopping.

This is perhaps the best stated reply in the whole of this discussion. If you can pay $200 a month for a quality of service that suits your needs, then you are doing ok vs someone else paying a $900 a month.

It is all about capacity planning. Does X Mbps of bandwidth keep the bits flowing on your network? That is how it works these days. You have a decent sized company and you want internet access. So the first thing your provider tells you is "T1".

I guess the other option is tell them you need to mux 24 phone lines over it. Then you'll be sure to get a "T1"

Then say "you can keep the CD" next thing you know, he slides it into his (clarion/kenwood/eclipse whatever) car stereo that cost more than his car.
