If they had their permits and weren't breaking any laws, then they should be there.
Nice to see the first amendment requiring permits just like the 2nd...
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
WebCT was developed at the University of British Columbia, became widely used enough to become a company and then it was big enough to be bought (and put out to pasture to die) by Blackboard...
And when that happens, the college goes thru what is called a "substantive change" accreditation cycle. At least, here in the SE USA where SACS is the accrediting body...
Or until one of the critical things you need to use no longer supports the old browser.. learning management systems, your bank, your favorite porn site, etc.
If you can leave a car or riding mower running, check car stereo places and such for an inverter. Get some low wattage fans from wally world, and a few LED lights. Doing this let me keep the fridge going, a little tv (unplug fridge for an hour, just leave it closed) and the wife and kids sane at night here in N Florida.
Of course I now have a 7500w generator, run it for an hour every couple of months Just In Case. Also have a "window shaker" AC unit sitting in its box...
In the case of Angel, it is because htey use AJAX calls to save questions as you answer them on a test/assessment. Of course, it *is* the "developers" faults for not checking what is sent in the POST string when the "submit for grading" button is pushed...
Not to mention other web "apps" like learning management systems, etc officially supporting specific versions or a range of versions.
Seems like this decision will kill FF as a "supported browser" for this type of thing on non-windows platforms... Which I guess is OK since most can support Safari for the Mac users... but what about us Linux users?
In addition to bumper height, something Should Be Done about headlight height.... Being blided by a headlight right in your eye as your turn a corner past one of the big jacked up trucks in a parking lot really sucks, and can cause accidents...
I've the same app on my CM7's Color Nook. Works great, and I've not noticed an issue with lots of APs... although I've only seen up to 25 or so at once, no bogginess, etc.
When we had 2 hurricanes hit here in N Fla in 2005 I did it with my Nissan Altima and 2 400 watt inverters I got from a car stereo store. No generators to be found *anywhere*, I had myself my wife a 3 year old and a newborn to worry about.
One inverter kept the fridge and freezer going, the other ran a few flourescent shop lights and some low wattage fans.
No power for 10 days, had power back for a week, then no power again for 7 days. Didn't live in luxury, but we were mostly comfortable in the evenings and at night. Day time I came in to work, wife and kids went to the mall.
Thats what we did in Florida. All lottery funds are used for education.
Unfortunately they've cut *all* other funding sources for education... so sure since the late 80s the lottery has given over 10 billion to education... and the first few years were gravy... but now the lottery is the *only* funding source for education...

So why hasn't MS gone to court about any of it?
Not sure on the Brit side, but I'm pretty sure the Senate and House here in the US would do less damage if all they did was play angry birds...
A lot of really bad things in the movies have started exactly like this.

Yup, so I call the cameras, etc. "failed". The idea of security is to prevent something from happening - not cleaning up the mess after it happened.
It is also usually the only browser many learning management systems like Angel support other than Internet Explorer ..
