Of course, the reason to use SDL and OpenGL together is because OpenGL does ONLY graphics, while SDL handles all of those other tasks DirectX does (input, audio, etc).
At the same time, SDL is no OpenGL in the graphics department. SDL development has been VERY smart to make SDL accomodate OpenGL very easily, and focus their development efforts on the other areas.
am an adult, and a fan of violent video games. Rather than all the complaning and censorship, I would rather just see an adult video game section.
Sure, for real ADULT games.
Do we need a separate section for R-rated movies? No? Then don't allow video games to be held to a different standard. Don't partake in the demonizing of games.
... makes me feel less bad about stealing music.:)
Seriously now, an industry only works if they offer products at prices that customers are willing to spend. It's the "customer is always right" principle.
An industry that refuses to "get it" more or less gets what they deserve.
99 cents is already too high. If the music industry continues to insist on outlandish price fixing, I'll continue to just download. The $13 settlement check I got is not going to turn around and go back in their pockets, that's for damned sure.
Currently, Sun does not offer the WTK (Wireless ToolKit) for the Mac platform - only Windows, Linux, and Solaris.
That's not the only software that is available for Linux and not for Mac. For some people, a couple missing programs is what they need.
Personally, I would like to dual-boot Linux alongside OS X. You don't have to "wipe out" Mac OS X and run only Linux. The only thing that stops me from doing this is that my Apple is a PowerBook, and there is still no support for Airport Extreme wireless cards in Linux. I'm always on wireless nets (between my apartment, my girlfriend's, and the university campus), never plugged in. As soon as that is supported, I'll start looking to set up a dual-boot.
Well it has AOL, so that makes for a 100% infection rate.
Don't.... be.... silly.... fellow.... hu-man.... there... are... no.. such.... things.... as..... aliens.... with.... mind.... control....
GOD, NO.
You see, that size comes at the expense of runtime performance.
Do you plan on having a computer with tons of power, gobs of RAM, but only a few hundred kb of hard drive space anytime soon?

... my sexual activity would be gone for a week too. I don't see THAT working out very well...
Well I try, but it is a lot of fucking work.
But porn too. Who else just wants to see Jenna and Ron cuddle?
Well, you got 1 out of 4 right.
Cell phones have valid uses that don't involve blasting other peoples' ears.
Will people stop focusing on the wrong thing (cell phone) and return focus to the actual source of the problem (asshole)?
At least with Superman 64, Superman fans were willing to admit that the game sucked.
If he actually read the Times, then I think he's been punished enough.

$50 for a Baseball Stars port? Sure. $60? $70? OK.
Set it to $30 and sell it like hotcakes.
Unlike some of the classic NES reissues coming, Baseball Stars is a game designed for lots of replays.

No, it doesn't, and we really wish you'd stop.
There is no "Fresno University".
There's CSU Fresno (aka "Fresno State"), and Fresno Pacific.
Either way, "fu.edu" goes to Finlandia University.
A check of Google reveals that there has at least been interest/attempts at making NetBSD run on the GameBoy.
Personally, I think the GameBoy needs OpenBSD, because I'm sick of my GB getting hax0red and 0wned.
