Dude here is correct. I work at the Staff war college that the article mentions. We set up a seperate CAC enabled OWA footprint and when one got turned off we flipped the DNS switch to the other. Install some middleware and use your CAC card. Much more secure and really no big deal to do.
HTML email is no loss. Folks can still send word docs or use rich text. We improved out security posture significantly.
People can still VPN is as well, again using their CAC card.
I myself have cut back on checking email from home as I usually leave my CAC downstairs and am simply too lazy to go down there and get it to check email.

The RIAA is flailing about and sueing people who have by and large actually commited piracy.
Maybe this was an isolated incident of an innocent person being sued and getting their day in court and winning. More than likely though its someone that was stealing and has now gotten away with it.

After a year and a half there it is moved to the garage where it runs MAME in my arcade cabinent.

After a while in the garage it is given to my daughter or my mother where they use it for another two years as their primary PC. After that it goes on the trading post and is sold to someone that needs a 5 year old PC.
By the time the last owner gets it the damn thing is 4 or 5 years old and if I had an agreement to recycle it I have forgotten about it completely and the new owner could care less.
I have to think this is fairly typical.
Where are we going to contact Dell/Gateway and recycle this PC.....?

Also there are a fair amount of women that fall into the FREAK category.

I would disagree with this point made in the paper "Among online dating members, "marital status" and "wants children" are the two most influential characteristics to match."
From my limited experience on Match, I think the most important thing women were looking for was income range. I initially had that on my profile and got swamped with replies, after hiding that bit they slowed way down.
