    I have also used this technique exclusively, for many years. I even click on the "unsubscribe me links". I even use web pages that don't use HTTPS. The result? all my spam comes from dictionary attacks on my domain name, or dictionary attacks on my IMAP server, or mail to my facebook.com@example.com address.

    Why limit it to 3 parties?

    The problem is that we don't have Instant Runoff Voting. I think the most effective thing would be to boycott elections until IRV is accepted.

    To participate, you need to realize that whether you vote for R/D or D/R -- the outcome is the same, the voters did not get to express their true opinions. Then you simply encourage others not to vote. Politicians will have less political capital if only 30% turn out.

    The good news is you can start in 2009, and 2010.

    What is the white-hat way to legitimately sell (sensitive) vulnerabilities? I recently found one affecting a large bank and gave that away. Other ones I post on my blog at privacylog.blogspot but I expect to find more and could somehow benefit from this.
