    I'm afraid whether you like it or not , Drag Queen (read transvestite) and gay and solidly linked
    in the public psyche , and I'm afraid a lot of that is down to militant gays. How many times have you watched a gay pride carnival on TV only
    to see a bunch of (frankly ugly) blokes dressed up to look like female brazilian dancers or some other ultra feminine stereotype? Ok , I imagine 90% of gays would not
    want to look anything like that but if the self styled gay "representatives" keep pushing these stereotypes then people will absorb them.

    You must be new here. The BSD is dying troll have been around for ever it seems. I'm not sure if he thinks he's being funny, annoying or he's got a gripe
    against BSD itself. Either way he needs to seek help IMO.

    Even in assembler its not too hard to see when an operation is a bug resulting from jumping to a bit
    of code when some unexpected events coincide and jumping to the same bit of code when a SPECIFIC packet arrives.

    Is the 5.x series stable enough yet to use in a serious enviroment or should I stick to 4.x for
    the time being? Even though I use FreeBSD (though admittedly only as a backup OS to Linux) I'm confused by their release policy. At what minor
    version increment do current release branches become stable or are we supposed to just hope for the best?
    If 5.0 was as unstable as I've heard in certain situations why was it ever released , why don't they just do the same as the linux kernel
    team and keep releasing beta versions until things seem ok?

    Without the ISS the Russians would have kept Mir in orbit but under pressure from America they
    brought it down so the american side of the ISS isn't as magnanimous as the US government would like people to believe.

    Yeah , it is , apart of course from the solar array , the escape pod , the living module and the control module. Which are russian.
    Oh and theres some japanese science modules too. Oh and training is currently done at Baikonaur (thats not in the good ole US-of-A incidentaly).
    Oh and you can only get there on a russian rocket at the moment. Apart from that its a 100% american effort!

    Well said. Americans tend to me somewhat sniffy about the achivements of the former USSR which I've never understood. Mind you , your average
    yank probably couldn't even find moscow on a map so you can't expect them to understand russia (and ukraine etc) and their achivements. I wonder if someone pointed out to
    Leno that Mir might have been a bit of a clunker towards the end , but where exactly was the american equivalent? Oh thats right, Skylab
    was ditched 20 years ago and until the ISS the yanks didn't have a space station AT ALL!

    I'm not a windows admin so I may have got the wrong end of the stick here , but I can't see
    too many people getting excited over support for NT4 trust relationships just as MS is phasing NT4 out. Isn't this a classic example of
    too little too late since anyone who wanted NT with this functionality would have long ago gone the all MS route and is unlikely to suddenly
    want to zap their legacy NT4 servers and replace them with *nix and samba. Are they?

    I don't give a damn what books or code he's written , the way his quote has been presented makes it looks as if he doesn't think VPNs can be
    compromised. Well I can assure you and him that they damn well can and I've been privy to it happening and if ATMs are on a VPN they'll eventually get hacked. Or would you claim otherwise?

    Since when did company spokesmen or the decision makers ever have a clue about security? I imagine the IT guys in these places are pulling their hair
    out in frustration but the suits will make it happen anyway and then blame the IT people when it all goes t*ts up with a virus or a hack and the bank loses $$$.
    Its the way of the world I'm afraid.

    50KW??? Ok , 5KW I could just about belive but not only would a 50KW AM amplifier be almost the same size as the trucks engine but it would pretty
    much kill any electronic equipment within a few hundred meters including whats in the truck itself! Sounds like an urban myth to me.

    What a clueless moron you are. That may well be true in the affluent west where if you work hard
    you can better yourself but in some countries the children don't get a chance to be educated before they're out in the fields helping their parents
    grow food or even supporting their brothers and sisters after their parents have died from disease or war!

    Thats what they've said about every display technology thats been invented in the last 100 years. What pundits and people such as yourself
    ignore is human nature. Yes it could be done but most people (myself included) *like* having a stack of books they can browse through. It may well go some way towards
    replacing disposable printed media such as the daily paper or magazines , but books? No , don't think so.

    Ok , so you type in a duff address and it routes you a default page. I mean whats the big deal? Who really gives a damn? This isn't meant to
    be a troll but I really don't understand what the fuss is about. Its not like they're taking control of your browser or downloading spyware
    onto your system. Its just a simple web page which for newbies might even be useful. Please people , get a grip , stop foaming at the mouth , this really isn't a big deal.

    Sure , MS are pushing CE in ICE and maybe cabin control systems , but CE isn't used in the EMU. Besides , even MS would think twice about putting one of their OSs in an enviroment where a crash could cost 500 lives.
