    looked all over google- nothing listed anywhere...no images, no froogle, no weburls.. nada...

    on the VERY ORIGINAL port of doom... you could do multiple monitors with multiple computers driving the second/third views... I did this once, (mostly to see if I could) for a side view.. it worked/rocked!

    However, I had my main monitor as straight ahead, and my side monitor as 'to the side' it did not function as 'split view' down the middle.. is it not possible to have two monitors, with the center of focus being one monitor? must it divide the view down the middle?

    I convinced my wife (easily) we needed crown molding in the babies room.. (it's between my office and the master bedroom) she readily agreed to add it to the list of renovations for that room, (she was 'nesting' dontcha know)

    then she agreed to the cables run behind the molding...
    3 strands of cat 5, and 5 rca lines... wheee!

    neh, the difference between drug induced sleep and hibernation, is consumption of resources. hibernation means a lowered metabolism, less food consumption, less air to breath... less excretion to handle...

    a simple little box, that I buy, perhaps two, configure, and send one to my mom.. she plugs it into her router..


    bam- vpn.. Yes, she has three open ports on her wifi adapter, (ok, I'm out, but I'll put in an uplink or buy a new 8port)

    why can't someone make a cheap (*behind the router*) box that lets me VPN over the internet safely, at a reasonable pricepoint? no config required other than a 256 character matching password and the IP of the other machine? they talk to each other from behind the router, and act as if they were local computers for the lan?

    picture this== pda phones that require connectivity for PDA and computational function..

    yes, a dumb terminal (vt100ish) cell phone PDA.. something that goes on quickly, and just passes button presses to the service, and the service passes video to the phone.... HMM..
    bandwidth needs jump a little sure--

    is this any crazier than a neat slashdot post about 10gig ethernet supplying full screen video to a 'dumb' pc?

    I don't particularly subscribe to that theory, but more the kettle and pot theory myself.
    life is to short to care... slashdot posts, are not important enough to matter- i don't get paid more to take the time, neither do the 419 scammers.

    you cannot win that argument, and argue that adult porn does not also demean, abuse, or cause the same issues for adult pornography..
    how can you split the hair? if depictions of children having sex, is illicit, because it leads to aberrant behavior or abuse, so does regular old uleaded porn.

    is a .info...


    1.5 years, no dicitionary attacks.. catchall in place, and forwarded to my "main" email for the domain

    I use per domain/individual emails, I told my local circuit city my email address was circuitcityac@mydomain.info and so on..
    the only thing that sucks, is I can't find an email client that lets me generate replies using variable return to me email addresses created on the fly, I have to make an entire account for it to work..
    what I do is edit my 'generic' info account before each email, where I don't want to give out 'me'

    with nothing running, save task mamager, my system shows system idle processes at 99%
    yet down at the bottom, it shows CPU usage at 17-82% up and down, over the course of a few momments whereas last week, this was not the case, cpu usage matched the opposite of idle processes..

    there is something here, that is hiding from task manager, and at least according to my firewall, it's not trying to connect to the internet at all..

    I thought it was a malformed svchost-having found some weird versions, but I have not found it yet...

    coincidentally, can anyone tell me, when sun java is installed, does that 15 meg download really expand to 106 or so megs?
    I removed all my java listings, and reinstalled, it came back that large....

    I will tell you all something I discovered that I found amazing, zonelabs in/out red/green traffic meter shows no activity for a windows media player stream inbound to my machine.. why is that?
