Hahaha, the PSP is not a full PS2 at all more like in the power range of a Dreamcast. Which is plenty though for a little tiny screen. Sorry that just had me laughing.
>The Failure to Suck Age (1977-1990)
Hmmm, and IMO those games did suck not keeping there quality well at all.
>The Suck Age (1991-1996)
That would be when they actually had good games that still stand up today with X Wing, Tie Fighter, & Dark Forces.
>The Apart From TIE vs. X-Wing, It Pretty Much Sucked Chrome off a Trailer Hitch (1996-2000)
X Wing vs Tie Fighter sucked bad, wasn't anywhere near as fun as XWing or Tie Fighter there is a reason Tie Fighter was the #1 pc game according to PC Gamer for several years and X Wing vs Tie Fighter never did well on their top 50 PC games of all time (if I recall it was only on the list the year it was released). Though JK: Dark Forces II was good.
Anyways rest I won't bother commenting on.
DVD's, and the new forms of media should as well, have a layer of plastic on the label side as well just as thick as the data side. Fixes thoses issue of worrying about the label side (have to get a pretty deep scratch to damage the data from the label side).
Because most popular computers don't have enough processing power to handle anything.
Sure they have plenty of processing power if you aren't running complex simulations, but if you are doing any type of scientific simulation its not hard to design a simulation that can bring a super computer to its knees.
There will be another election in 4 years, and if they can actually get the amount of money that they can say as damages for lost air time it could easily hit $20 million but doubt they would win anywhere near that but if they can get even a hundredth it would be a great help. They really need to wise up next time and use cheaper forms of advertising like billboards to get their name out there (most people seem to have no idea who the Libertarians are even including a lot of news people who haven't heard of this recent court case)
Heh, those are costs are quite impressive. Here's what someone calculated over on Badnarik's site
"Appropriate Damages...
Assuming that the 3rd infomercial goes on without Michael, there is still a chance to seek damages.
Were Michael allowed into the debate tomorrow, he would essentially be receiving 30 minutes of free national airtime (90 minutes divided 3 ways). In order to compensate him for this loss, the CPD should provide him enough money to air 30 minutes of national commercials. In 2000, the average cost for a 30-second commercial was $332,000. Thus, to compensate Michael for the loss of 30 minutes of commercial airtime, the CPD should pay him $19.92 million. (Of course this is using 4 year old data, so the current value is likely to be over $20 million.)
They are the third party with more people in office (local, state, and federal) than the rest of the third parties combined. They are doing quite well in places like Indianna where originally both Republicans and Democrats for Governor were saying they didn't want the Libertarian candidate to be in a debate with them. Now after some press releases and some big news stories, both the Republicans and Democrats are blaming each other for Libertarian Kenn Gividen not being included in the first place and it looks like he will be allowed to debate (definately a big step being able to have Libertarian candidates for governor be able to participate in a debate). http://www.indystar.com/articles/6/185799-6346-092.html
I worry more about the 2008 election if Kerry doesn't win this election... (and when it comes to Bush and Kerry, I definately dislike Kerry more though I dislike Bush almost as much)
One thing to note is Nobel prizes in medicine are often awarded well after the original discovery.
Second off, goto take a neurophysiology class and you will find out that since their paper, smell is one of the most completely understood systems of how it works. Its also often used as examples in showing how feedback, feedforward, and lateral inhibition work.
Its really an important work in being able to understand how neurons interact and work better from the first neurons that get the signal to those that store the info in the brain.
Hmmm curious when did you take your classes? If it was before the '90s I can understand, if not consider complaining since this paper came out in '91 and I have to say in couple of my undergrad classes we covered this material quite well.
Also, on the visual cortex items a lot of what we know is stuff that seems to be pretty obvious once you look at the experiments due to it practically being so pictorial so often (ex. being you can see the actual patterns of what a chimp is looking at with radioactive dye). The really interesting stuff about sight is how we transform what we see into ideas and we really understand th e basics there.
Sound we vaguely understand the brain processes it, relating to humans some stuff we though we know has turned out wrong (like MLO's figuring out 3d positionally sound by comparing delays of audio signal, it does that in some certain owl but apparently not in humans).
Also pain sensation is understood fairly well now a days.
And I will just say the idea of a system that would have thousands of receptors for different smells that combine in combinatorial ways to generate all of our smells isn't that unfathomable when you consider how the immune system works (antibodies being the first real understanding of how with an extremely limited of amount of DNA can produce some many different possible combinations through splicing).
Nope, its a 14% chance due to the experiment was done by allowing the dog to sniff 7 petri dishes with one having urine with cancer on it. This was then done 54 times. Now the bigger issue with all of this is the false postive rate is way too high for a cancer diagonisis
Hmmm, except that wasn't a dual core Itanium system they supposedly were showing off. Or, at least you would hope for presumed office use you wouldn't demonstrate a dual core Itanium.
Except books cost about $10 for 2 hours of enjoyment whereas I wait till a game is normally $20-$30 before getting it and then making sure to get only decent games with normally at least 20 hours of gameplay and in some in the hundreds.
Plus I find most games are much more replayable than books where I find if I've read it within the last decade or so I can remember it way too well (quite annoying).
Then again I'm unusual in my reading speed and memory storage of books.
Well so far as others have pointed out your website is a bunch of text with absolutely no evidence. Not saying your lieing but how hard is to have a camera and take some pictures of something?

Ummm, you do know doctors are on call all the time... So they can get around to watching movies I guess when they retire is what you are saying...
"[...]discs that act as ninja stars[...]

These videos are fake. The eject mechanism isn't strong enough to throw discs out."
So GameSpot is also in the conspiracy on this?

"[...]poorly placed buttons[...]
They all work correctly."
Which unfortunately isn't true for everyone.
Except that Intel has already sold more x86 64bit processors than AMD.

Oh also several representives for the House are also in debates.

Hehe and its so nice being able to understand every word of that :P
Well the basic idea is obvious, the actual way its done is not obvious and thats the part that took likely years of research and is patented.

Why wouldn't he is the better question? Really its not like they don't give out mod points easily.

Hmmm what about how the Mac Version of Halo ended up being pirated more than bought?
There was never any mention of any release date? Just it saying it was going to go gold (and when does someone preannounce it is going to gold?)

Best way to show your appreciation to your Sys Admins is making sure their websites get /.ed
