Can't they just select another state to incorporate? Many choose Delaware for its better financial records privacy though they really do no business in the state.
PTR records are a good idea to pass rDNS or even FCrDNS checks.
mail.domain.com. A 64.62.120.162
162.120.62.64.in-addr.arpa. PTR mail.domain.com.
But what does that have to do with SPF, which ultimately resolves into a list of authorized sending/connecting/outgoing IP addresses? Even the SPF "ptr" mechanism relies upon the ISP's published PTR records; it's not a way around their refusing to publish PTR records. Besides, only a small subset of mail servers check for SPF's TXT (or SPF) type records, and the reason is not the same as checking for rDNS or FCrDNS but rather to detect email delivery attempts that spoof/forge an email domain name.
It looks closer to the HP's Compaq 2133. They improved the mouse button layout but the Shift keys are horribly placed; I'd be hitting the up arrow/cursor instead of left Shift. They need to be arranged more like Thinkpad keyboards.
And why do video download services such as http://www.netflix.com/WatchNow require Windows XP SP2? What's missing on Windows 2000 and Media Player 9? Do I really need millions of lines of unrelated bloat in XP to play the movie?
Exactly. And if it is slightly damaged or obviously scuffed? If it is allegedly stolen? We will hear: "So what if Johnny's devices have been 'stolen' 4 times. We have to provide him another device like everyone else because he's now at a disadvantage in learning and socializing with his peers; his psychological and mental health are at stake!"
And then what happens when that model of device is no longer available? "What? Michelle has a better device than the rest of us?"
