Didn't know KisMac existed. I'm not very interested in Wardriving, but still like running MacStumbler. I googled, and here's a link if anyone wants it: KisMac.

Oh, and are the antennas on Apple laptops powerful enough for any serious Wardriving? I can barely pick up a network outside the house with my iBook...

Heh. You just pwned that guy. This is the most informative article. You were off slightly with the ages; the one the cops beat up was 71, and the mother was 94. I also didn't find any sources saying the mother was mistreated.

Perhaps you should re-read 1984. The parent is referring to the lottery, crappy, machine-made songs, magazines and pornography created by the some sector of the government. The Newspeak word for it was "prolefeed". I just finished the book yesterday.

Although you apparently are only a notorious troll and don't really work at Nintendo, you do make a point with the size. I'm in Japan as an exchange student, and I notice that desktop computers are generally very small compared to the computers I'm used to; too small for ATX, at least. The X-Box is big and bulky; doesn't fit well in a Japanese household. Though, of course, having one item that plays both DVDs and games removes the need for the DVD player, so space is saved in that manner, and your comment doesn't really make sense.

Well, I don't know. I'm an exchange student in Japan, and when I ask kids what kinds of video games they like to play, they say RPGs, sports... sometimes fighting. It is my personal experience, though, that they're pretty bad at fighting games. And some kids really don't like Halo because of the violence. My host brother won't buy Dead or Alive, 'cause he says he doesn't like violent games.

You have to use the RealOne Player? That doesn't sound that great. Does the RealOne Player for Mac not suck, btw? Serious question, actually. Wanted to install it yesterday, but didn't feel like reading the TOS to see if it was as bad as the Windows version.

Oh, and, er, if someone were to help you, they might get real karma, and not just Slashdot karma. I think that's more useful, anyway. Well, if it exists.

Well, you do have the ones who buy an X-Box BECAUSE everyone has a PS2, such as my host brother (I'm an exchange student in Japan right now). But really, I can't understand why he didn't at least get a Gamecube. The Japanese controller (or are the smaller-type X-Box controllers standard worldwide now?) are at least pretty good, though. Only good game on it is Halo. He even admits this: "X-Box doesn't have enough good games!" ... "Heiroo!!!"
