When by quickly? The Sixth generation games consoles where sold from September 9, 1999, Dreamcast to November 22, 2005 when the XBox 360 was released. Microsoft the the last one in the Sixth Generation consoles and the first one out of that generation.
Most games on the PSX didn't require analog controls, they could use analog controls if you wanted too. I do have a PSX and in fact its sitting within reach right now. My point is its never adopted with the current generation, it maybe used in following generations.
Very true, they always launch some sort of add-on, and no really buys them and very few games will use it. When they do use the new controller, they still support the old one because that where all the sales will be. I can't even think of one new controller/add-on in mid-cycle that even sold had more than 50% of the players adopting.
Version 1 of BASIC for the Pet was programmed by Microsoft all the other version were programmed by Commodore but they used the same syntax for a lot of the commands.
Microsoft wrote the original Basic version 1 for the Pet computer all the rest of the versions where written my Commodore but they were based on the MS Basic on the Pet. Just check the C128 screen after you boot, it says Copyright Microsoft and Commodore.
Netscape drove themselves off the cliff, with help from Microsoft. Netscape did more damage the day they released the buggy 4.0 browser. I never thought I would switch from Netscape but after trying IE4 with ran most of the time compared to Netscape 4 with would die on loading any web page. Netscape 4 made Windows 3.11 look like a comparison between Windows and Linux, when it comes to stability.
Now if I could sell my Brother on Firefox, I could stop fixing his computer every few months because all the stuff IE installs, though that is not the whole problem, he tends to click yes whenever anything wants to install. I still remember when his Office kicked him off the network for having 1400 viruses, I told him he should take it out and shoot the computer so it would be out of its misery.
I have an IBM XT which has been sitting in storage for almost 2 decades, and the HD started up fine. DOS has those nice fast boot times, but my C64 would boot in 2 seconds.
Good try, but compare Sweden (20 people/km^2) to USA (31 people/km^2). So if your right Sweden should have slower internet speeds than the USA. My friend in Sweden has a lot faster speeds than when he live in the USA. I still can't get DSL where I live but if I live closer to a major road (1/2 mile), I could get DSL. The even have DSL farther away from theffice office than were I live.
Sounds like my 10 year old laptop, 256M, P2 400MHz and 4G drive, but nice thing it was FREE, my friend didn't need it or want it anymore. It slow even when running my just GPS software on Win2K. Had problems with Linux and the GPS software two years ago, it may work better now, miggain.
You are right there are more modem games for the Dreamcast than I thought at first.
How many games used the modem? PSO and what?

The Dreamcast came with a modem as standard and look at how many games even used it. I think I can count the number on one hand.
What at 5 frames a second?

No, I found the same cell phone for $40 at many online places, it took 30 seconds to do a search.
They did it for 12.5 times the budget the other students did it for also.
Nice pictures and video over a lot more cash (possible to build for $500, they say) vs. under $150, I think the $150 wins, because of price alone.

I think I've run it on a pre 20th century Nokia phone
What is the Nokia phone steam powered or does it have a hand crank?

I don't know about you but no store within a 100 miles cares MS Office 2008 for Mac OSX.
Something you overlooked, USA doesn't make TVs anymore, there are no America TV manufacturers any more.

Didn't all the little AT&Ts after Government break up, buy up all the little telephone companies?
I think botulism beats it out.

Easy question to answer because you told the Truth and the fanboys don't like the truth, I would have thought you would know that, as a Mac User.

have the quality of a Atari 2600 game, which means they stink.

You also forgot the 3D Realms is using their parent company name again.
