    I , for one, will welcome the abandoning of democrazy, when AI makes it obsolete.
    Humans tend to get corrupted when they gain political power. AI on the other hand, will be better and more just lawmakers, judges etc. Society as a whole, will get the benefit of any decision, rather than special and hidden interests, like wee see today. No more lobbying. No more buying politicians...

    I find it more probable that we do live in one. There might even be a person somewhere, that is an avatar for the Simulator, just to get a 1'st person view in simulation game.

    We just see it as a round number because we use base 10.

    So it is actually nothing special.about 400. It is all numerology crap/superstition.

    If we instead of 10 fingers, only had 7 fingers, the number would be ... Oh crap ... 400 in base 7 is actually 1111.

  15. Ther was this kid in Helsinki, always on his computer. Lindus Thornwalds or something. I dont know what became of him, but i saw him on youtube recently svearing, and flipping off both the guy filming him, and also somone called Vidia that was not in the screen (strange names they got in Finland). He clearly never got anywhere due to his obsessive computer use...

    As far as i know, the closer a planet is to its sun, the greater the signal footprint we get. So it cant be a big suprise that we havnt found so many minor planets like earth, when we also know that bigger and closer-orbiting planets exists.
