    Democrats and Libertarians are very very different when it comes to economic policy.

    Umm.. no, I find that the IGN and Gamespot reviews are accurate 99.9% of the time. If I liked the game, IGN/Gamespot are sure to have given it a good rating. If I didn't, they're sure to have rated it badly and to explain why.

    Not true, I have a 9 year old brother that knows the fundamentals quite well, and even knows a good amount about computers. Way more than alot of older people anyways.

    Are you serious? I've never heard that, but I do find it very interesting, considering the fact that I'm German.

    Happy Penguin's Game of the Month is an effort to fix this sort of problem.
    Every month (or two, or three..) they choose a game to work on, and generally the end result is a greatly improved game. Currently they're working on TuxKart, if you view the screenshots of some of the improved models, they're amazing.
    Anyone who has an incomplete game that they're no longer working on would do well to at least suggest it to the GOTM people, since they have artists and other people willing to do the type of work that coders hate.

    Interesting on how you are unable to provide proof.
    The only time I've had Linux kernel panic is when I changed some Module-related kernel settings, and recompiled the bzImage without recompiling the modules. And I've used it for years. I call troll.

    Umm, no.
    My point was that this is an abnormal IRC channel, where most of the users know little more than the Average Joe. If THEY don't like the service pack, then Joe User isn't going to either.

    is that it sucks. majorly.
    I'm not a Windows user, so I have no idea WHY the windows users don't like it, but they don't. They absolutely hate it, and because of this, they make sure they tell everyone around that it's awful, and not to install it.
    If this same reaction is happening in other places, I doubt that many people will install it.

    The shorter the password, the fewer the number of combinations, the less time it will take to crack.
    Anything > 8 takes long enough to crack for it to be somewhat secure.

    If your password is under 8 characters and contains only lowercase letters and digits, you deserve to be cracked.
    If you use a proper password, then you have nothing to fear from this "service"

    What exactly gives them the right to shut down a website that distributes software that they don't like?
    While I hate cheating, I don't know how they have the legal right to do this.
