    NOT A RECTANGULAR 12 x 4 bench of whatever it is they got, if you're starting from the ground up, more thought should have gone into it.
    Allen keys
    Network cable which attaches to your Test network, thereby allowing you to flash harddrives on the bench, system test etc (ie. something like Ultra-x) or flashier just get the whole quick-tech pro card.
    Access to layout diagrams
    Too busy to think what else.

    [i]Now on top of the $1xx per system for Windows XP Pro, add in antivirus, anti spyware, some kinda office software, etc etc, bah forget that, open source for life, Suse or Centos + Openoffice + firefox + thunderbird makes me a happy man. No IE patches, no M$ tax, no spyware. [/i] I'd have gone with xphome, free antivirus, free antispyware and free office software. But hey. I'd even push it further to go with Windows media edition, but you're welcome to skew things as much as possible to best represent your personal preference. Me, i'm just lazy.

    Since you just said that you can't resell downloads like you can an lp. So either music exec's can't afford drug habits right now because of these 2nd hand sales mythically slashing the market value of songs. Or. 2nd hand sales are rather irrelevant. 2nd hand sales are relevant for physical items because you can't duplicate them perfectly and therefore the cost of replication is higher whereas for digital media it's pretty costless so you may as well go to the original source.

    From all the people who think powerpoint is evil, get a grip. I want to give BRIEFing to people on a topic. Powerpoint does the job admirably since it's easier to use for text than paint-shop.

    I can also then send on the Powerpoint slides to people so they have a bite size summary they can double check information on.

    I want the bloody music, why in Gods name do you think i care less about "services". Just because i like one kylie minogue track does not mean that i desire to buy a years membership to her "club" just so i can get the track. That's a HUGE barrier to purchase. Right now, albumns are a certain barrier but they are even a good barrier of sorts. The number of times i've bought an albumn because i've heard a couple of good things and ended up liking the whole albumn is common. If we split stuff into "individual tracks" then the spirit of Albumns will be gone forever and a number of those excellent "B-sides" will be lost. To sum up. I don't give a fuck about a "SCENE", i'm not some groupie. Fucking fanboy.

    Not really a better question. Someone can retain the copyright on something but still allow for it to be freely given to anyone and everyone. Madonna was not conspiring to break the same laws owing to the fact that she recorded then track (F' YOU) and then spread it for public consumption. You won't see the RIAA coming for you for having that track on your PC, though amusingly you could claim your pc was littered with those messed up tracks rather than those tracks that you may have downloaded without actually owning a version of it. Since they name them the exact same how can they tell the difference?
