It's a geek communist fantasy that a company can be run by the workers without managers, in reality geeks when left to their own devices will just produce HURD or Duke Nukem Forever every 15 years.

Less motivated people like blue collar workers would just steal everything and sell the factories for scraps.

Some of these ideas ARE good. Why should these workers dictate how to run someone elses business? I says shoot 200-300 to teach them a lesson, then take hostages. But I understand this good solution may not applicable in your country.

Then America once again become a magnet for people all over the world seeking true economic freedom (and not government handouts for the idle).

This is a first step for government control of all citizens. Really, unless they got Alzheimers a "senior citizen" does need to be tracked because they are not in any danger of getting lost. But now they are gonna first force anyone over 60 to wear this, then after the program is deemed successful according to some cooked statistics the age bracket will be lowered to 50 and so on. At the same time they will be putting pressure from below, pretty much anyone now can be diagnosed with autism or ad and forced to take medication and wear the bracelet until they are out of college at least.
