Now that Edge and IE are discontinued, will Microsoft's new browser strategy be adding so many windows specific add-ons that Chrome for windows becomes distinctive from chrome on other platforms?
While it sounds all happy rainbows to get everyone on the internet, what is her plan to deal with people who have been deplatformed by major service providers?
Can you really claim to be on the internet when constitutionally protected speech can and will get you banned from facebook, twitter, youtube, itunes, paypal, uber, lyft, airbnb, netflix, patreon, all of the app stores, etc?
If you didn't read the news, you wouldn't know there is a federal shutdown.
There is literally no impact on regular Americans outside of DC.
As long as the taxes are removed from my paycheck, the government is not shut down.
I don't even feel sorry for the nonessentials. Go look for a new job not funded by taxpayers if you want to avoid political gridlock delaying your paycheck.
Hopefully the people negotiating with him in those cities realized that Bezos already had a house there, so clearly he likes that city. Therefore they wouldn't need to negotiate quite as much as another city might.
HAHAHAHAHA
Right.
Meanwhile in reality, government negotiators are so dumb, they probably threw in perks for Bezo's personal real estate to sweeten the deal of moving his business headquarters there.
The NHTSA statement makes perfect sense. Natural instinct when your car spectacularly malfunctions is to perform an emergency stop of the vehicle and assess the situation.
Stop the car means driver press the brake. The problem is that the computer is mistakenly applying the brakes. This is how you get the double force braking phenomenon.
It's easy to think this wouldn't happen to you but this is not some kind of long thought out process. This is a high stress unexpected we're going to die moment when your foot automatically hops on the brake. Only later do you learn that it was a false alarm.
Management? More like the PR department said they didn't do it.
The social justice engineers probably still did it because everyone knows certain keywords get tuned by hand. Google has become a company whose denials have to be read with the same skepticism given to a lawyer/politician's statement. The specific carve outs and what is not said is as important as what they have told you.
Since you presumably believe what you are writing, can you provide the link to the official InfoWars facebook page? If you can't find that, how about the InfoWars youtube page?
Is CNN doing package delivery or healthcare now? They sure as heck couldn't have been selected for journalism unless the drones are training to spot fake news.
The dynamic range of human eyes is much greater than a camera. It was not pitch black outside to a human. I have lived in Tempe and the ambient light of the city would be enough for at least minimal night vision to apply. This is the reason why you drive in a darkened vehicle without your dome lights at night, for your night vision to be effective. Texting on your phone in a part of town where there are a lot of people roaming the streets (such as south Scottsdale Rd) is simply a negligent thing to do.
When so many on the left refer to anyone who disagrees with them as a Nazi the term has becoming meaningless. Maybe calling anyone with an R next to their name a nazi is a joke. I really don't know. It certainly won't end well at the polls when regular people vote for a 'correction' like they did in 2016, Brexit, and most recently Italy.
Trump did it with an explicit understanding that the Net Neutrality rules...
I'm pretty sure unless someone's path to the presidency was being a telecom attorney, no president will have explicit understanding of Net Neutrality rules.
The same goes with any clean water act, international treaty, etc. The President appoints someone who already works in that sphere and lets them continue on.
Heck, even construction of Trump's signature proposal, the border wall, hasn't gotten past the prototype stage. If Trump knows anything, it's how construction works.
The FCC was looking for meaningful comments. Taking somebody else's form letter and attaching "me too" to the end will always go straight to the trash. It doesn't matter which side your form letter takes.
If the bots can push a fake app up to 4 stars to obfuscate the 1 star reviews, they can just as easily flood the app with "Best Evah" moderations in the scheme you propose.

Can you imagine if all of a sudden ________ apps start performing better than anyone else's?
Yes we can. Ask the DR-DOS team.
It's really easy.
You tax the provider (Apple, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, the wireless companies, etc) and the provider passes the charge through to you.
What's that, all of those providers don't have a tax passthru infrastructure setup yet? Nobody said big government is cheap.

Wasn't "Clayton Bixby" Dave Chappelle's black white supremacist character?
Samsung is trolling us.

lol companies.
Right, because companies like Google are SJW-free.

Netflix teaming up with Obama is an easy way to alienate half of America.
I was talking with a few guys at the office with high school aged kids. They said youtube has replaced tv/movie/netflix programming in their houses.
Combine that with an ever shrinking library of content and the decline of Netflix is easy to predict.
Two tricks come to mind:
1) Pay your bills.
2) Don't take loans on things you can't afford.
2a) Don't take loans at all, save cash and buy low mileage 3 yr old cars.

Complaining about meta subjects such as comment moderation traditionally gets voted down Slashdot.
Do you think you are exempt from that pattern?

Newsflash, Trump is nothing like an actual Nazi.
My friend's netgear router is crashing all of the time and she has a chromecast attached. I hope netgear issues a patch too.

Exactly. Mod parent up!

The publisher's "nonappeasement" decision was an ultimate win for conservatives.
The liberal tripe is no longer in print and the lefties running the show are out of work.
I registered with the Selective Service when I turned 18 so my militia requirement is satisfied.
You clearly don't understand corporate IT.
The C suite will demand exceptions to the VPN policy and it will be your job to give it to them.
