SudoCUE is/was (no longer developed it seems) about the best sudoku app around. It generates some excellent puzzles, can check for a unique solution, and has a nice way to rate difficulty. It also has an optimizer which can remove clues to make a puzzle harder, and can preserve symmetry. And SudoCUE does exactly what you wanted, it can list all techniques needed to solve the puzzle.

It costs a lot less to pay for a web server (which you have anyway), a distribution warehouse (which you have anyway) and the processing to send to individual's homes (which many retailers have anyway) than it does to pay for all that + the retail employees, the rent for the stores, the power/HVAC/maintenance for the stores, etc. Thus, mail-order/online will be cheaper than retail, as it has fewer costs. Retail is good if you need an item NOW or need help that the salesperson can actually give, but most retail salespeople can't give any meaningful advice anyway.

Aaah, but in a world with a largely open internet with file sharing, like our world, then information will tend to become more free with time. Basically the Streisand effect applies to all information, though with varying degrees of effectiveness. Information tends towards maximal distribution, or "wants to be free".

The big, big benefit of stem cells is that they are identical to the tissue recipient's cells, and thus won't be rejected by the immune system. Embryonic stem cells don't have that benefit. However, they're more likely to remain the proper cell type after differentiation, whereas induced pluripotent cells sometimes revert. Research is needed on both types of cells to get the ideal of induced pluripotent stem cells that function the same way as embryonic ones.

Based on the evidence presented I chose to accept the hypothesis that humans are causing the average global temperature to rise, and also that this will lead to a variety of negative effects for us. Given the body of evidence I cannot, as a skeptic, do anything but accept it. To do otherwise would make me simply an unscientific denier.

Since I don't touch-type a hardware QWERTY keyboard is just dumb, something like DSK with the vowels and most common consonants on opposite thumbs would be far better. I also use languages other than English on occasion, and can't type them easily with a keyboard I can't remap. It just won't fly with the tasks I use the device for.
