If I'm a mechanic in the state of Pennsylvania and I want to keep my state inspection licence, it's on me. My employer only needs my services as long as I can provide them legally - sometimes competence dosent' matter . It is not incumbent upon them to keep up with my skills and certifications. I'm not a mechanic but you get the idea. It would be nice if the required were paid for but I don't see that happening soon. I'd like a working relationship where I can have some financial help along with the support but realistically it isn't going to be expected. In the US at the current time it's a roll of the dice unless this was hammered out during the onboarding process or you can get a program started.Make your argument worth investing on the company's part and they will at least give it a listen.
Good Luck!
Really. Really? I couldn't think of a bigger fucking hand job waste of time and money. How about responsibility. Wait, I can think of a better waste but I'll leave that up to Southpark.
I wouldn't go to that extreme. Do not throw the baby out with the bath water. I see the anger I have to deal with it on a day to day basis with some of these turds but I would also like to see the holes they punched in.
Hate to say it,but freedom has a price. I am pissed off sometimes but as a professional I do give props where they are due.Keeps on on their toes.
How many possible combinations of code makes viri? I hear over 30,000 or so a year since 1993 so it would suggest that most possible combinations plus mutations should play out by now. New names makes no difference.
The thing that gets my attention is the fact that of all viri threats only a few every year make it to the "scary" level. So I wonder how do these writers know what to write. Sql and other attacts aside there is only enough room. That
is what makes a computer eloquent in it's on little way.You can only hose a system for so long. Time is running out for once to our benefit.
“They don’t have to respond to us, and I was under the assumption that they wouldn’t,” said Roberson. “It had been three or four months since I had sent the subpoena."
Bullshit. Three or four months....Really. Given the current news http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/teen-found-after-meeting-his-42-year-old-online-soulmate/article1416257/
I have to wonder what we are not hearing about. I almost suspect Blizzard is in the process of cutting deals to keep out of trouble here in the states.
'We are currently taking down the Windows USB/DVD Tool from the Microsoft Store site until our review of the tool is complete,' a Microsoft spokesperson told Ars.
Well at least they are doing something.
No, but I see a possible subtext to the constant A/C
post's. Lame..unfunny..purposely disruptive..trash a thread since it might make the A/C some shill cash on the side..
I agree with most of what you are typing however it should be noted that a lot of the "Bloat" was by choice of the user and for5 the most part accidently. It's been awhile but from what I remember there was quite an extensive menu to choose from and the casual/new user was often likely to choose much more than they needed. Nice if you know what you want but to a n00b it could be quite an issue.
chip creep. lol. I used to run into that when someone would add cache ram to a board.Sometimes if it wasn't installed properly the cycle of heating and cooling would cause the chip to pretty much walk out on you. Just a quick reseat and all would be well again. I had that happen to a radio of mine once not too long ago and it took a while 'till I realized why it was acting erratically.
Good times:)
Depends on the magnetic/atmospheric conditions for which band is used. There is also a small problem of the satellite's current config. Of course it's theoretically possible but it's a little late to shoot a bird up now although I do believe there are a few currently up that can fulfil the role it's kinda outside the scope of things both politically and security wise.
nonsense. they are both two cheeks of the corporate ass that owns them. I'm amused by alot of the intellectual people here that can't see through the whole Left/Right bullshit. Divide and Conquer. It works so well it's sad.
I agree. I tried to not sport a foil hat while keeping an eye on the reaction of some media power base's while he web was taking it's current form. Hell, I watched this grow from a little seed into what it is today and I see the problem in as far as whom owns the pipe.My ball my rules. That sucks. We all paid for this not only in our suv\bscriber fees but in grants and low interest loans to those who now have control through our tax dollars. There is a solution and there will be another round of cat and mouse. So it continues..
and it will work as long as there is something of interest on sais\d target. By interest I mean corporate secrets from a competing company that happens to fund the election bankroll of a politician. Smoke and mirrors nothing more nothing less.
to the digital world was in 1977 or so . An acoustic coupler where we had to listen for the tom\e and quickly set the phone in the cradle. I learned to plat tic-tac-toe with a western electric telex machine. It took for ever by todays standards but this kid was amazed. 300 baud? Yeah. Thats about right. Upper Perkiomen Jr. High. lol that brings back memories.

At least they are letting the owners ship them back out instead of keeping or destroying them.
Hell, if this Bloombox and other forms take hold I might be able to recycle my tinfoil collection.

Ok, that's a little kneejerk I admit but still..3 or 4 months?

kill the messenger. Someone got caught and a contributor to a blog said some naughty things about them. This might get interesting.

'nuff said.
can't say I'm surprised.

yeah because the WALL STREET journal really could care less about what the potential back lash would be if this is in fact true.
Lavon Affair Discuss..
Not really but I wonder if at least one of those boat captains got a bit of a chub thinking about using that as a prop.
Comcast has control. Sit back and enjoy happy fun. That is an order!{happy ;olz} L, here
Was gonna type something snarky here but it's best to let thing's go for now.
