Ever been to Utah? Ra-di-a-tion. Yes, indeed. You hear the most outrageous lies about it. Half-baked goggle-box do-gooders telling everybody it's bad for you. Pernicious nonsense. Everybody could stand a hundred chest X-rays a year. They ought to have them, too. When they canceled the project it almost did me in. One day my mind was full to bursting. The next day - nothing. Swept away. But I showed them. I had a lobotomy in the end. Friend of mine had one. Designer of the neutron bomb. You ever hear of the neutron bomb? Destroys people - leaves buildings standing. Fits in a suitcase. It's so small, no one knows it's there until - BLAMMO. Eyes melt, skin explodes, everybody dead. So immoral, working on the thing can drive you mad. That's what happened to this friend of mine. So he had a lobotomy. Now he's well again.
If I'm not mistaken, it outsold all of the 7 series, S-class and A8's *combined*. While still not bread and butter 5 series, E-class and A6 numbers, it's not bad.

We've been working with angry mobs for a lot longer than 300 years. Technological progress just lets us create larger angrier mobs much faster than has been possible before.
I think using DNA as evidence in court would become problematic. What if the clone was a psycho? Conversely, what if the clone were a sane upstanding person and the DNA donor were a serial killer?
I agree with this sentiment. If I'm using Windows for *anything* on my new core duo iMac it won't be stuff that OS X already does well. It'll be specifically for tasks OS X currently can't do at all (and that list is ever shrinking for me at least).
I'm also more a fan of virtualizaion than dual booting but the latter option does let me play some games I've had laying around since my last PC died.
More like: Security through Antiquity :)
The American government pays better.
It's .015%

When (and where) did children routinely carry their rifles to school?
For what it's worth we have the Queen too, but she doesn't really count since she isn't there on merit.
I agree with you, but laughed hard at the thought of (modern day) royalty being "merit based". I understand what you meant though so carry on.
It's ADS (Apple Derangement Syndrome). It can be comical at times, or it can manifest like you've seen here.
Bricks are heavy. I believe an old spark plug works in place of the brick, and has the added benefit of fitting in a pocket.
* Can you power a Tesla without a very polluting nickel mine?
Yes. The Tesla model S doesn't use NiMH batteries, so you could power a Tesla without a very polluting nickel mine.
...and nothing of value was lost.

He got promoted to mod on 4chan.
Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
Who would really want it? It's certain to have the stink of death on it.
...or Office Depot even. At least I got the price right. (preview is my friend)

omg! Saliva! Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Damn man, I wish I had some mod points for you. Aside from the basic truth that last quote is a scream.
