It's been that way in TX for years. This is a right to work state and anyone...ANYONE...can be put on salary & not paid for overtime. The flipside was always that jobs, like IT where you know you do alot of OT, always paid more to compensate. I was wondering why everyone was freaking out over that bill when it went thru then realized it was all Democrats & it was just an anti-Bush thing that would blow over. I'm like this guy...I love getting paid more $$ even when I don't do the OT.

Don't fall for the media blasting of current administration. Before it is blacked out, I challenge you to find a WMD sitting out in plain sight in any country in a satellite image. They're not like the family car. You don't just leave them out in plain sight. The Cuban missile crisis was during a time when citizens couldn't just look at satellite imagery and they gladly ran the images on television. It's obvious this has nothing to do with the WMD subject so please try not to start a flame war with liberal comments like this.

They see it as incompetence for not being able to succeed on what they have and cut funding even further most of the time.

If you want a less biased version of this, download '9/11 the road to tyranny' by Alex Jones. He goes back further than the Bush administration and covers much of the same material without the democratic viewpoint. Its freely distributable from infowars.com. Yeah I know some people will call him a right wing nut...and some of the information is stretching it...but so is Michael Moore & his left wing bias. If you see both its easier to decide for yourself. FYI the 9/11 thing is on Kazaa and is about 1 1/2 hrs long.
