The software provided never even made it out of the packet, so I have no idea what it's like! :)
I'm pretty sure all the Creative MP3 players work like this, I know my 512mb Muvo does. Good little MP3 player.

They don't mean that you CAN'T use more than one computer, just that they won't support such a setup. If you ring their tech supp and you're using anything but the standard hardware they sent you (usually a USB modem) they'll refuse to help.

Hmmm, I did mention to a friend that they weren't holding it on our local beach this year. Wasn't exactly a conversation though. :D

Apart from the right to use the software under the terms and conditions they accepted before purchasing/renting it.
I know it's easier said than done, but, if you don't like it, don't buy it. If the publishers don't make any money they'll have to listen.
