    Come on, heavy lift expendable vehicles only cost around 100 million. Of course that is without a second or third stage for use while in orbit. However, one billion would be a gross overestimate, let alone 100 billion.

    And how exactly is that a bad thing? Huge PR gaffaw for the PRC when their moon mission doesn't come back, and would secure America's primacy in the cosmos, saving a lot of money that would otherwise be used on resuming the space race.

    It is common knowledge that speedlimits are set over 10mph lower than the speed at which safety becomes an issue for competent drivers. Freeways are still as safe at 80mph as they are a 70mph. Even rural highways would be safe at 65mph instead of 55mph. Then again the biggest danger on roads is not the maximum speed of the vehicles, but the speed differential between different vehicles travelling in the same direction.

    Unjust laws are a recipe for disaster. Breaking unjust laws are the only thing a just man can do. I am so sick of people thinking that it is fine for the government to interfere with people'e inalienable rights to life, liberty, and property. If its my car, I can take the stupid little "black" box out of it if I want.

    Ok Ill bite. Shut up you stupid communist. Communism will never properly because the dictatorship of the proletariat will not be willing to give up its power. My grandparents came to America with nothing but the clothes on their backs and in an "evil capitalist" system they were able to live relatively comfortably and raise childen who went on to have better lives than they did. Anyone who works hard and makes smart choices will be able to better the lives of their children in this society.

    Having worked in a congressional office (interned for Hoekstra in the office in Rayburn that Gary Condit occuppied previously) I would say that you are correct that emails do not recieve the same attention as a handwritten letter. However, if the communication catches the eyes of the intern that checks the email and opens the mail he or she will probably say something to the legislative assistant in charge of the issue the communication, which will insure that they dont pass it over. Accepting money isnt allowed according to congressional ethics rules.

    I imagine that that site might exaggerate a bit. It lists team fortress 2 as a liscenced product. Team fortress 2 is the same class of game as duke nukem forever. Vaporware.

    Many states have an open primary system. You can choose to vote for one party or the other in the primaries, but not both. How do you think McCain won in Michigan? It wasn't from the card carrying members voting for him.

    Do your research and vote in the primaries for the candidate that you like best moron. If you don't vote in the primaries (which influence what sort of candidate gets on the major party ticket) you dont have room to complain. But then again the fewer people vote, the more powerful my vote becomes.

    Yes, protest the war. Say no to removing the next Stalin from power. Support a regime that uses torture as a regular law enforcement measure. Say yes to using biological and chemical weapons on your neighbors and your minority groups! Say yes to nuclear weapons programs! Support underground religious extremist terror groups! Remember, Operation Iraqi Freedom isn't about preventing a dangerous regime from producing more illegal weapons that it will probably use, its about launcing Iraqi babies from catapults and shooting them in midair when "Pull!" is yelled... For those of you that might not catch on this was all sarcasm...

    Popularity does not superiority make. Look at the unpopular Brits, Americans, and Aussies in Iraq. They are unpopular, but they are cleaning house in kill to loss ratio. Whats popular is not always right, and whats right is not always popular.

    CDMA is not inferior, it is just not as widely adopted. In my cell phone experience I have had less trouble with DCMA than with GSM. I can actually talk on the subway with my Motorola CDMA phone when my roommate's GSM phone cannot get any reception. This is of course just annecdotal(sp?) evidence. I did see the dear colleague letter yesterday (Im interning in a congressman's office; I know I won't become a Clintern because my congressman is ethical), and the letter was rather convincing.

    Actually it is possible to unlock intel processors, its just extremely difficult and not worth the effort in most peoples opinions as long as fsb overclocking is allowed.

    Um... the ezra c3 (the latest core currently available), has a half-pumped fpu. That means that a 933 c3 most definitely does not perform on par with a Pentium!!! 700Mhz in fpu intensive applications.

    Um the Ti 4200 8x is a NV28 chip. The controversial GeForce FX 5800 and 5800 Ultra use the NV30 chip.
