You can buy the phone and get around the activation without paying AT&T anything as far as I'm aware. Then, if it's possible to hack it to use a different service, you can use it with another provider and AT&T gets nothing.

If Nintendo keeps focusing on innovating and making games fun while Sony/Microsoft keep focusing on making the same thing more powerful, I think Nintendo will do quite well.
I was hanging out with a buddy of mine and I met a friend of a friend of his very briefly. They were from about 1000 kilometers away and I will never ever meet them again. They added me on facebook.
A FEW extra billion? Since 2000, he has given away 29 billion and he has been quoted as saying that he intends to give away 95% of his wealth. He also inspired Warren Buffet to give away another 30 billion. He's done a lot to help those who need it.
I can't stand microsoft products in general but I still respect Bill Gates for what he is doing with his foundation.

He also writes books that win so many awards that he is starting to turn them down. He won the Hugo for best novel one year, the Hugo for best novella the next year and then turned down the award for best novel the year after that.

but I'm far more excited about the fact he has a new book coming out right away than I am over the fact they're making a movie based on it.
