All I'll need to do next is get my "POOR IMPULSE CONTROL" forehead tattoo, a RadiKS deck, a couple of swords, and wait for the world governments to finally slide into micro franchises...
You need to come over to the Trismen Center over near the music school. Our 3D printer kicks out plastic. We have better toys on this side of Speedway.;-P
If you ever get a chance to travel around in the southwest, try to stay at the Lightning Field in New Mexico. It is a rustic stay at the cabins there but it is worth staying there overnight. Even without the lightning strikeing the sculpture it is an awesome site. The field is most active during the summer months past July.

I'm moving to Tucson in a few weeks to start gradschool at U of A. I've been there during monsoon season and the afternoon thunderstorms are flat out amazing. The lightning was gorgeous as well as scary. I'm coming from Alabama where tornados often rip up the place and was totally impressed by the power of the storms out there. The desert can be as beautiful as it is deadly... I love it out there.
I recently had the honor of assisting a "Bio Artist" set up a show. He was one of the most fascinating (and nicest) artist (or scientist for that matter) I've ever met. Ariel works with stem cell research and photographs some of the more beautiful things he has seen under the microscope. Please check out his website (Just don't/. the heck out of it!) http://ruizialtaba.com/ I had a very interesting talk with him about art and science restricitons and how they are very much alike.

I forgot the part about how the straws stay in your nose.. we used clay.. you stick a wad of clay about 3/4 of an inch up a straw and stick it in your nose.. smoosh the clay around to seal it in your nostril.. breath out a few times to make sure it works.. and then pour the plaster on!
I've actually had a cast of my face done like he did.. except we used plaster.. and not plaster gauze.. we built a box around our heads.. then used clay to build dams to contain the plaster.. stuck straws up our noses... sprayed PAM on our faces.. and poured on the plaster.. the trick is to pull the mould before the plaster starts to really heat up.. it could nuke your skin right off... it gets an extremely detailed cast of your face.. hairs.. eyelashes.. pours.. etc.. we used them for bronze casting...iron casting.. slip casting.. and paper casting..

Being a southpaw as well I use the same setup when I work in photoshop. I am an artist and usually draw on paper with my left and draw in photoshop with my right. What is weird is I can not swap and draw on paper with my right and use a normal mouse with my left. The wacom tablet solved all of this for me. I can use either hand to control the mouse and freely change "jobs" between them. I guess it would be the equivilent of holding a pencil with both hands. The mind is a weird weird thing...
Is there any other use for the smart cards that have recently been used to steal digital satellite TV? With all the lawsuits flying around about them there has to be some kind of "oh I was using it for something else" loop hole.

... but the tornado season here in Alabama being expanded into January is rather worrisome...
It's the only way to be sure...

Or America in Bush's second term... hehehe
I love these crazy plotless action films.
On my my favorite has to be the movie HARD BOILED.
I think it has a 10 minute long unedited action gunfire scene in it... it was beautifully done.. brought a tear to my eye...
But i'm adding another layer to my tinfoil hat to keep out the evil brainwashing moon rays after reading that story.
