    Fun fact: I did that as my first professional program using libraries. It was ripped apart in code review because of the use of modules was innefficeint and not "zen like" enough.

    If something is wrong, its wrong regardless of where it takes place. Does it matter that it was an employee of a large company that did it? The article seems to imply that was the biggest problem: it was done in the workplace. If its sexisim, its sexisim everwhere regardless of any paycheck signing or building.

    Well, the fox viewers I know think that Fox is too establishment conservative, and not tea party enough conservative. Some are ticked that they fired Glen Beck. The crazy thing everyone forgets about is the craziest conservative to work for any news channel was Micheal Savage who was with MSNBC before melting down on air in a stream of homophobic racist rancor unfit for any tv station or viewing audience.

    No, it means Microsoft was dead weight for NBC. It didn't contribure anything useful to the partnership. Microsoft is not really respected for its online offerings. Its always been a step or two behind other companies.

    I think he did a pretty good job of delivering an answer so crazy that it kind of distracts from the real problems while people try and figure out what the heck he was thinking.

    My interpretation is that he's saying that BlackBerry did not create a good smart phone with modern features because it would suck up too much bandwidth for 3G. So it was always their strategy to have crappy phones that didn't perform well when compared to iphones and androids, but would be better loved by the carriers, maybe? Or maybe their lack of badwidth use would make allow carriers to offer them with cheaper plans?

    And lets just ignore the fact that LTE is just now starting to roll out in the US, with many cities still uncovered, and the blackberry market share completly unrelated to LTE rollout.

    That's pretty crazy, obviously. Smart phones are actually pretty good at doing quick tasks remotely. Is that really difficult to imagine? THe day you chain a laptop to my wrists is the day I quit. But, I'll take a smartphone that fits in my pocket without complaint.

    To be fair, its the same mystical marketing that causes gold to have value, or any other precious gem or metal used in jewelry. Diamonds are some what unique in that their is one company that has cornered the world market.

    English evolves, man. You can't stop it. You can rarely make up a new term and purposely have people use it. More likely you'll just have to accept that people will use the same word for two slightly different things.

    That's kind of a lie. IOS has some features that are only availible with some phones. Ie Siri on 4s only. The problem is only going to get worse with IOS 6 .

    That is a very good question. Here are some tips..

    If the tcp packets coming back to you are mysteriously lacking in honey ... it might be a honey pot.
    If their is a slight buzzing comming from your network connection... it might be a honey pot.
    If swarms of bees, bears, or badgers appear around your computer .... it might be a honey pot.

    The government is a bit more complex than that in this day and age. How well would your office function if the corporate headquarters was wiped from the earth. It might seem like their would be less interference from management, but access to things like bank accounts and what not would be a mess.
