Well, I think the real point is that, if we're actually teaching kids science, it should be blinding obvious that evolution is a theory not a fact. The first thing that kids should learn is that everything is only a theory.
If the creationists want to have people objectively consider the evidence in favor of creationism using the scientific method, that's good. But it just seems like a childish little potshot to single out evolution for a sticker. If kids really need to be hit over the head that evolution is only a theory then there's something more fundamental that they haven't learned.
Would you care to provide a link to one that's as small, light, cheap, and has as much room? As well as syncing as nicely with the music on your computer. (Not trolling, I'd actually like to know)
In Mozilla Suite and Firefox for Linux and Windows, the shortcut for "Open link in new tab" is already Ctrl-click. If Ctrl-click makes a context menu on the Mac, then what is the shortcut for open link in new tab in Camino and Firefox for Mac OS X? Is there a way to Ctrl-Ctrl-click?
It's Command-click. Command being the equivalent to Windows/Linux Control in most cases anyway. Is that horribly onerous?
Nonsense. Instant deniability. You're talking about seafood.
Well, what with the nature of the conversation, convincing her that you mean prawn creates a host of problems in itself. Sufficed to say, I'm no longer allowed at Seaworld.
You know, your argument would make a lot more sense if you made it the other way around. That is, the iPod doesn't make you use the store, but the store does make you use the iPod (Assuming you want to use your music on a portable player, and disregarding Hymn.).
Yeah, like we really want to hear what he thinks! Why of all places would he choose to speculate on the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, in a story about that movie?!? As if that's what the whole point of this discussion was! He should have known better then to express an entirely on-topic opinion, that fucking hippy!
Hell, as long as we're talking about the future, don't let the client render anything. Just get input from them and send them a image of what they see 30 times a second.
He didn't say he had a problem with the big-tent definition. It's because Sci-Fi includes a lot there can be different 'Sci-Fi' movies that are very different in content and tone.
No, you're wrong and you don't understand what the GPL is. Copyright doesn't come into it until you copy something. You don't need to agree to a license to read a book you bought, or listen to a CD. First sale doctrine.
And for the last time you do not have to agree to the GPL to use GPLed software. The GPL is a license to distribute the software. It gives you something over and above the rights you already have with copyright, as opposed to EULAs, which take some away.
If the GPL were invalid SCO would still have every right to use the software themselves, just not to distribute it.
I don't know what to say exactly. There must be something really weird with the setup you're using, because I use OS X and it doesn't work that way at all. When you click on a window, only that window comes to the front and when you click on the desktop it changes focus to the desktop, but it doesn't move any windows. Granted, I'm using Jaguar at the moment, but from what I can remember it's always worked that way. Are you using a weird beta version of OS X or something?
Ah, I see you've played Linky-URLy before!
Granted it's not quite the same, but Rise of Nations does a very good job of Civ like gameplay in an RTS.
Ah, no need for a B-Ark after all then. Of course, the survivors better watch out for unsanitized keyboards.

What's really ironic is that you're the second person to say that :-)

As the man said, music, movies, micro-code, and high-speed pizza delivery.

Apple's Mail.app does that. It's very fast.

And, the return of Mr. Period.
Those of us with a real operating system have one built into the text box :-) </OS_X_Troll>

Well, if you compile Gentoo on the iPod firmware you can play MP3s 4.21337e-12 times faster... 16 months from now.
Ha, looks like someone did. (And it got reverted within the minute.)

Worse than that, you also violated the second rule.
Technically that was a sequel.
That is a good point.
People who don't get sarcasm are fun.
iTunes does not equal DRM, the iTunes music store does. iTunes is just a music player.
