    It would be cool to have a phone that can talk to my computers via wi-fi, but arguing that it would somehow lower costs... that's a bit too much.

    Think about costless international roaming *and* international calls... I'm sure there's a big market for this.

    You can even do this yourself using a smsemail (I think that all of them are paid) gateway and a free emailim gateway on your computer.

    ...Dual processor, dual screen, with extra mouse and keyboard... and genuinely detachable! Given that the price of a notebook is almost all the price of its LCD screen, I don't see this as very exciting. Why don't you simply buy two small laptops and an ethernet cable? I'll bet it will be cheaper.

    This doesn't show that pi is extraordinary: most of the numbers are trascendental... non trascendental numbers are roots of polynomials with rational coefficients.

    No one mentioned Ursula K. Le Guin. I think she's the best fiction world creator I ever read, and she has a fantastic writing. Reading her books about far and strange cultures helps understanding human nature... Just a though.
