What if all the major newspaper block Google. And suddenly...
1. All us Google users realized that we can survive without those newspaper, and can find news sources elsewhere... OR
2. One of the newspaper play dirty and license their news to a 'subsidiary' that does not block Google... OR
3. Alternative news source sprung up.. wiki-type news, etc. That become mainstream.
If any of these happened, suddenly the newspaper will find themselves on a deadly path with no return. The whole business could be lost.
I think that's why they are still talking and not actually blocking Google already.
Hardcore FPS gamers are those that play multiplayers right? If you just play alone, I dont think you wanna call yourself a 'hardcore' FPS gamer.
I played quite a lot of Quake3Arena online, and most ppl I know, switch to lowest resolution because frames-per-second is all that matters.
... YouTube start doing the same thing!! I mean, YouTube already has such a momentum and hell-of-a brand name. So how does effoff (what's in the name anyway?) going to pull this off ?
It's like people arguing open source Java will never fork, because all the goodness in new fork will be absorbed into the original Java, hence new fork will never survive. Ok, that example is a bit off.... but you get the idea;)
